I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 and couldn't be more happy with the car and the customer service that I received. Gabriel Jimenez was my salesman. He was courteous, professional and knew the car backwards and forwards. He answered all my questions and gave me honest advice. He even offerred to set up an appointment in the future to show me how to activate every feature. The rest of the team was also excellent! I look forward to a continuing relationship.

I was visiting the car showrooms generally in Naperville and happened to go into Mazda. Dennis received me outside the showroom very cordially and from thereon spent nearly an hour with me - explaining to me re. some of the latest Mazda vehicles. There was no pressure or obligation whatsoever. Dennis was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. Made me feel very relaxed. I thought I had a good time looking at a couple of new vehicles @ my pace! I thought my overall experience of visiting the Mazda showroom in Naperville, IL was great and enjoyable. I feel it deserved a positive review. I want to recommend to Mazda Management that Dennis is a great Sales Consultant and an asset to the Company. Rao Boggavarapu, Naperville, IL 60540.

Brand new Mazda 2 has a shot engine
Completely discouraged by this place. Purchased a Mazda 2 less than a year ago. The engine is now completely shot. Mazda claims faulty oil change. Continental Mazda not willing to help me out and continues to say this isn't their fault. I will never purchase a Mazda again.

Bad service
Engine shot on my daughter's car that is less than one year old. I'm extremely disappointed. Mazda charging for a new engine!

John Norman was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. I made it clear what I wanted, the price range and I was leaving for school so I needed to make a deal very quick and he was able to do that without hesitation. On the test drive and through the entire experience he made sure to explain everything on my new Mazda 3 Hatchback. I also loved after the purchase he made sure to show me where to go for services and also sent a followup email to make sure everything turned out excellent--which it has. We have purchased multiple cars from this dealer and once again we were highly satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealer as well as John to help them through the whole process. Thank you!!

We were greeted promptly by John. He answered all of our questions. The whole experience was pleasurable and informative. The selection of vehicles was very good. We really enjoyed driving the Mazda CX5 on the test track! We were offered a "loaner" vehicle to use while our new car was being prepped. So we went to lunch, then did some shopping, and returned to the dealership. And our new car was all ready to drive home. Very nice experience! We will recommend Continental Mazda to our friends in Rockford.

Jeremy Storino was our sales consultant. He greeted us at the door and made the buying experience pleasurable. He is extremely knowledgeable about Mazda products and was willing to make sure all of our questions were addressed. Offering a test drive, which we accepted, he spent all the time necessary to allow both my wife and myself to feel comfortable with the ride and performance. We didn't want to make a purchase without exploring the competition. He was confident in his product and was no pressure. We returned a few days later, having decided Mazda was the best fit for us. Mr. Denny Vant assisted Jeremy with closing the deal. All numbers were up front and they they worked openly with us to arrive at a final price that both we and the dealership were happy with. This automobile buying experience was one of the best I can recall in years. They want to satisfy.

John Norman was great to work with - very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I stated what I was looking for in a car and that I needed to stay within a certain price range. John took everything I said into consideration and found me the perfect new 2012 Madza 3, which had a significant rebate offer. I was seriously considering the car, but needed to "sleep on it" before making the decision. John suggested I take the car home, no strings attached, drive it as much as I like and bring it back the next day, which I did. John spent time showing me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. Once I purchased the car, I needed someone to drive my other car back to my home, which he did with a smile. He also made it clear that I should call him if I have any questions. Wonderful experience! Bill in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He found me a lower rate than the one I was quoted on the first visit. He clearly explained the paperwork and answered all my questions. He was also very professional. I highly recommend this dealer.

Salesman was great! He took the time and answered all questions. He made sure the car was ready and in perfect order for pick up. Then he went in detail over the car giving a tutorial of the features. He even offered for us to come back in several weeks to go over more of the features. Gabe has extended himself as a contact after the sale, if needed. We would definitely recommend Gabe and the dealership due to the service we have received.
