Dennis Tiffert was extraordinarily helpful during the buying process of my 2009 Jeep Compass. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and thorough; I would highly recommend him and the Continental Mazda dealership to other's.

Great car buying experience

I purchased a Mazda3 from Jeremy Storino and it was a totally painless car buying experience. I used the Costco discount program and got a great deal. They even have test track to test drive the car. I LOVE my new car. Fast and incredibly economical. I would recommend both Continental and the Mazda3.

I hate shopping for cars, I do not want to be pressured, deal with all the paperwork or hassel of buying a car. John was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. We took the time to review the car specifics, did a test drive, looked at the other cars on the lot and reviewed my options. He made it easy and breezed right through the paperwork. I was keeping my old car and so I had a problem of having two cars to get home, "no problem", he drove my car home for me. That IS full service!

The product knowledge of both Sales Rep and Sales Manager...

The product knowledge of both Sales Rep and Sales Manager was terribly inconsistent and poor Certain features were promised in the new car I had ordered and then when I looked the car over I was going to purchase noticed several things NOT included. They thankfully did give me my depost back of $500. I went to another dealer In Elgin and got a better finance rate and a better car for only $8 more a month. This dealership looks beautiful on the inside and out, but beware....Looks mean nothing! The biggest gift I got here was them letting me walk out without even trying to offer me a better deal.

I had put off shopping for a car for over 2 years because...

I had put off shopping for a car for over 2 years because I didn't want to deal with high pressure sales. I was talked into stopping by the Mazda dealer and what a pleasant surprise! When I arrived Gabriel greeted us and asked if he could help. I asked to test drive the CX5. Gabe explained the many features of the car, and we went for a drive on the test track (super fun!). I left that night with a brochure. There was no pressure to buy that day. A week later, I returned to the dealership to purchase the car. Gabe was patient and easy to work with through the process. His knowledge about the car and no pressure style made buying a car a great experience. The dealership also worked hard to locate the exact car I wanted.

Continental Mazda has very friendly, helpful staff that I...

Continental Mazda has very friendly, helpful staff that I feel I can trust to give me an honest assessment of my car's service needs. The last time I brought my car in for service, they noticed that my wheels were quite dirty. So, in addition to the regular car wash that comes with service, they also cleaned the wheels and put ArmorAll on the tires free of charge. Now, there are a lot of places with people qualified to work on my car, but it is small things like this that make me feel like a valued customer and will keep bringing me back to that dealership for service.

Fun buying a new car !!

I love my new Mazda 3 !!!!! I went from an SUV to the Mazda 3 and was concerned about the transition, it has been Great !!! The Mazda 3 is cute, has plenty of power and best of all it's fun to drive !!!!!!! We worked with Jeremy Gascoigne and he made the entire process fun and easy. Thank you Jeremy.

The best car buying experience I've ever had!

Last year my wife and I were in the market to buy a used CX-9. My wife had been nagging forever for one, so we finally came across a fully loaded 2009 at this dealer. The day we went the dealership was throwing a celebration party for the new Mazda and they had live music, food, refreshments, it was a party! We test drove the CX-9 we saw, and my wife fell in love. Our salesman Mark was 110% committed to our satisfaction, that we basically closed the deal in record time. We drove away extremely happy and we still our happy with our Mazda, and with Continental. I would without hesitation buy again from Continental Mazda my next car, because they've offered the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you guys, keep up the excellence!
