Service

I have brought my car in several different times for service. The first time was just an oil change. The next time I came in, they said I had a hole in my exhaust system. I had noticed that my car was a lot louder but did not know why so that explained it. Instead of charging me $1,000 for a new exhaust system, they told me to go to an exhaust shop that could fix the hole. The next time I went in, they told me I had a leak in my fuel system which explained why the car was not accelerating smoothly when I stepped on the gas. They fixed it and the car accelerated smoothly after that. In both cases, I never told them to check for these problems. Anyway, the point I am trying to make is that they have great mechanics who find problems that actually exist and don't try to rip me off. They clearly explain what needs to be fixed. They also have a reward card where I earn points on any repair I have done which I can apply towards future repairs. My Mazda has 102,000 miles on it and is still running great. I would buy another Mazda from this dealership if I was in the market, but I think I can get another 50,000 miles out of this one.

Oil Change

I've come here since day 1 for my oil changes since I bought my car here. They do a nice job, but with an appointment booked, it takes a little longer than I would like. A couple of times, it was within a 1/2 hour. I like to rebates that I get back on the oil changes.

Always a good experience!

My husband and I have two Mazda'a. A CX-7 and a CX-9 and we have all our maintenance and detailing done at Continental Mazda. It is always a pleasure to go there -- the sales and service staff are the best! I would buy another Mazda for sure!!! I have recommended this dealer to several of my friends.

Excellent Service

I get my Mazda5 services done at Continental and each time they have done an exceptional work, on time delivery of vehicle. Every time they explain what is done and what is due with cost associated. They take time to understand problems and fix right the first time. Their facility is clean & neat with a nice waiting area. Charges are also not high.

DALE B --- A HAPPY MAZDA OWNER

A couple of weeks ago i purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 I Touring to replace my 2007 Mazda 3 I. My sales person was John Norman who was a pleasure to work with. He wanted me to be satisfied not only with the car but also with the deal.He made sure i meet the service manager, and the people in the parts department,as well. They have a beautiful facility from the showroom to the service area and also a nice waiting area with coffee etc. GREAT PLACE!!!!

GREAT SERVICE!

My experience was excellent! My sales person, Gabe Jimenez, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was very instrumental in helping me find a vehicle that suited my personal needs. It took some time but I'm very pleased with the service I received and my vehicle.

Just a Spectator

Recently took a friend to pick out a vehicle and the salesman, Gabriel Jimenez was assisting my friend - he was absolutely wonderful! He help select vehicles that would fit her needs before we arrive and that really help her make the big decision to go with the Mazda CV7; it's beautiful, too! I love the way Gabe was patient and very personable and knowledgeable of what vehicles were best. If I ever need another vehicle, I would definitely return to see Gabe. We had a great experience at this dealership. Brad was very attentive to us but also very patient. We will definitely go back to Continental when we're ready to purchase another car. As for the car, we've been driving our 2012 manual Mazda 3 (with skyactiv) for 2 months now, and we love it. We are getting a true 40mpg on the highway - with an overall average of 33.8mpg with highway and city combined. We're glad to have gotten a great deal on a car that has been so much fun to drive.

After a thorough research I had went to look for cars at the Continental Mazda. Jeremy approached us with a smile and was very friendly with us. He gave us enough time to look around the showroom. We had a few questions and he was very helpful answering all. He even showed all the options that were there for us. He knew that we were just looking and had not made a decision on buying the car that day. His attitude didnt change at all and didnt pressure us on buying at that day. He followed up on us which made us feel wanting to do business with him. Eventually after a week I got my car from Continental Mazda. I would recommend the showroom and would tell anyone to contact Jeremy if they need to buy a car.

A few hiccups in buying, but nice people overall

Had excellent sales person who was willing to negotiate entire deal via email while many other dealers would not give their best "best" price via an email. This dealership offered aggressive price for my chosen vehicle. However, when I came to take delivery, they somehow "misread" their dealer incentive sheet and they couldn't honor the price I was offered. While they showed me how the mistake was made, and offered other incentives to close that gap, I simply wanted the price I was given in the email, but no luck. Because the car was rare and their adjusted price was still on par with other dealers, I did close the deal with them. And despite the above, I would still recommend them only because my sales person went out of his way to try and keep deal glued together.
