I purchased a 2013 TL from Continental, and Ernie Alverez was my salesperson. I bought the car by seeing it on the internet, and travelled from Alabama to pick the car up. It was exactly as described on the ad, and there were no unpleasant surprises. I was picked up at the airport, and the car delivery was fast and efficient. Jerry has the paperwork ready, which really sped things up. This is the third vehicle I have bought in this way, and this was the best experience of the three.

I took my car in due to a safety recall. Joe provided great service during this most troubling time. He was able to find a great car that fit with my budgeting needs. I never once felt rushed or pressured. He was also very patient with me. I've been coming to Acura Continental for 4 years now and I will definitely recommend to friends/family.

We were in the market for a high quality certified used car. We had a very positive experience at Continental Acura from the initial phone contact with Kirk Roberts, all the way through to driving the car home. He had the car moved to the indoor showroom, which made looking over the vehicle in the rainy conditions a treat. The test track that the dealership has allows you the opportunity to really see how the vehicle handles in quite a few common conditions--and it was fun!. The team that worked with our trade in and financing made the experience painless. I would recommend anyone looking to head over there without hesitation.

I was in the market for a Corvette and found that Continental had a great looking one for a great price. I was greeted by Steve and let him know I was interested in the car. He promptly grabbed the keys and said "let me pull that up for you." The car was in excellent condition and after the test drive I let him know I would be taking off his hands. I stopped after work so didn't have my down payment with me. I asked if I could get every detail but that done so I could just come the next day and pick it up. The transaction was so smooth and the staff was great! Even though the car was clean, I asked Steve for one favor, make sure the car was spotless when I picked it up. I was extremely pleased to see that every inch of the car was spotless when I picked it up! Great job Steve! I can't tell you how incredible my car shopping experience was with you and your team! We drove 250 miles to buy from Continental Acura because we could not beat the price. We bought a used Honda minivan that was in great shape and certified by the dealer. Kirk Roberts was very helpful over the phone and helped us make payment arrangements for an out-of-state purchase. The dealership was honest, straightforward and very helpful in all respects. They also had the lowest dealer fees we have ever seen. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I don't want to say I'm a "regular" but this is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership because it really is about as painless as it gets. The sales and finance staff really do a nice job of being accommodating and streamlining the entire process. Tony G. has gone above and beyond both times to make sure every little detail is taken care of both before and AFTER my purchase. The service department is also excellent. They're straight forward and efficient. I've only had to have standard maintenance on both my vehicles and you're in and out pretty quick. I have to give a shout out to Rodney and the other service techs on the team for being extremely detail oriented in making sure that even the littlest things don't go unaddressed.

We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 years. He is fantastic and so easy to work with. We have enjoyed driving each vehicle; but there is a comfort level at Continental Acura that kept us coming back, even though other Acura dealers were more accessible. We had the opportunity to work with Tyler Fox for our most recent maintenance service appt. From a phone conversation prior, to drop off of the vehicle the night before service; he answered all my questions and made sure my requests for the vehicle during service would be taken care of. He also opened the service doors, walked to and opened the door for the loaner for me and then proceeded to go over a few things that were different from the model I was driving, while he was standing in the rain! I was impressed! It's never a bad day when you visit Continental Acura:)
