I don't want to say I'm a "regular" but this is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership because it really is about as painless as it gets. The sales and finance staff really do a nice job of being accommodating and streamlining the entire process. Tony G. has gone above and beyond both times to make sure every little detail is taken care of both before and AFTER my purchase. The service department is also excellent. They're straight forward and efficient. I've only had to have standard maintenance on both my vehicles and you're in and out pretty quick. I have to give a shout out to Rodney and the other service techs on the team for being extremely detail oriented in making sure that even the littlest things don't go unaddressed.

Continued great all-around service...

We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 years. He is fantastic and so easy to work with. We have enjoyed driving each vehicle; but there is a comfort level at Continental Acura that kept us coming back, even though other Acura dealers were more accessible. We had the opportunity to work with Tyler Fox for our most recent maintenance service appt. From a phone conversation prior, to drop off of the vehicle the night before service; he answered all my questions and made sure my requests for the vehicle during service would be taken care of. He also opened the service doors, walked to and opened the door for the loaner for me and then proceeded to go over a few things that were different from the model I was driving, while he was standing in the rain! I was impressed! It's never a bad day when you visit Continental Acura:)

Great all around dealer

Sales, service and parts are all excellent. Staff knowledgeable, courteous, and make sure everything is taken care of 100 percent. I've worked with Continental for over four years, and have never had a bad experience or any delays in getting service. I highly recommend this dealer!

Best of the Best

We've had a long-standing relationship with Continental Acura and recently returned for our third consecutive new car purchase. Tom Trulis was our salesperson. We bought our last car from him and had a great experience, so naturally, we chose to work with him again. Tom's a man of integrity and makes car buying fun. We left with a 2016 RDX AWD after trading in a 2010 Acura TL. My husband and I were pleased with both the purchase price of the new vehicle as well as the trade-in value we received. Mark Pisoni and Jerry Burton are also a pleasure to work with. Thanks for taking good care of us, Continental!

Great Car Buying Experience

We purchased a used car at Continental Acura and found the shopping experience and follow up support to be outstanding. Abe Crump was our salesperson. He was pleasant, professional and courteous, and took all the time we needed to evaluate and decide on our purchase. We had a few mechanical problems with our used vehicle purchase before buying and the issues were quickly repaired and completely satisfactory. Thanks for the experience. i came in for an oil change, and left with a smile

I arrived at Continental Acura around noon Wednesday and was quickly greeted by the service lane employees and directed on where to go. This dealership will not leave you confused and lost while there for service ,unlike others. Chris papo and Shirley the cashier were very friendly and were able to connect on a personal and business level. If I didn't do most of the maintenance myself I would take my TSX here more often. Its always a pleasure to have Chris as my service advisor. Thanks Continental Acura team
