Another great experience

We visited Continental for the lease of a 2016 RDX. This was our 2nd purchase at Continental in the past 11 months, as we purchased a 2016 MDX last year. We had a similar experience this time...outstanding. Ernie Alvarez provided great service, without playing any of the games that are played at Acura dealerships in Westmont and Elmhurst. He, combined with Mark Pisoni, provided another great purchase experience. There was never any pressure to make the purchase. Ernie and Mark provided a great price on the new car, while also offering market value on my trade. Josh and Jerry provided great insight into the lease process, as this was our first lease. When visiting the Service Department a few days later, Dan provided friendly assistance. In the future, we will not even shop at the other dealers, as we only need to visit Continental to get an overall great experience.

Ernie Alvarez is awesome!

I just leased my second ILX through Continental Acura and I couldn't be happier! The car is fun to drive and very stylish. And I want to thank Ernie Alverez and Jerry Burton for taking such great care of me!

Tyler Fox' Assistance

Tyler Fox assisted me yesterday, 1/14 with my tire pressure issue. He was professional and very helpful. He addressed my questions completely. He was apologetic that I wasn't able to use the carwash due to weather.

Service with a smile

From the buying of the car to the service, the personal greets you with a smile on arriving and leaving. Had the car washed today which started with a smile from Hailey and ended with a clean car. Their customer service is stellar.

Car wash-- excellent

Had my car washed this afternoon and Tyler Fox assisted me and was very courteous and most helpful. I asked him to,check my wind shield washer fluid and he did and filled it up for me. He was great to work with! Thank you!

Carwash

First time using the car wash service and Hailey did a great job of walking me thru everything. Very friendly and considerate. Will make the drive from Plainfield without hesitation for the service.

Great experience with everyone at the dealership

We purchased a used Mazda from Continental Acura and were very happy with every part of the experience. The vehicle was priced well, so there was no need to haggle, and the service was as good as I have ever experienced. I will go back here when I want to purchase another car.

Couldn't be happier

We just bought our sixth car (2016 RDX) From Continental on Saturday, November 28. The whole process was pleasant and painless-not only did we get a fair price, we were treated with respect and courtesy. We are always made to feel like we and our business matter-sometimes a rare commodity in this day and age of very competitive pricing. I should point out we live about 12 miles east of Continental Acura and less than 1 mile from a competitor dealer, so we do have other options but it's an easy choice to deal with Continental. Thank you!

A Very Pleasant Car Buying Experience

This is our 2nd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Both times my wife and I had a great car buying experience. Our salesman Ernie Alverez was very helpful and understanding during the test drives and during the final sales process. Ernie actually made it fun and enjoyable. We find this dealership to be very friendly and accommodating. Mark Pisoni did a great job matching our final purchase price. Jerry Burton did a super job on the final paperwork and was even able to get us financed at a lower rate than the one through our bank. That was just the cherry on the cake. Everyone at this dealership from the greeter at drive in service center to the cashier really goes the distance to ensure your satisfaction. We will definitely buy our next vehicle here.

stressful experience

I drove all the way from Ann Arbor Michigan to buy the car. I was so excited about buying my first car. Kevin was so pleasant to work with. He was so helpful and understanding. Jerry on the other hand made my experience horrible. He was so sarcastic and rude for no reason. I felt so pressured to finance it with them. My bank wired the money but they wouldn't get it until Monday because we went Saturday. I even gave him a copy of the wiring information but he insisted that I finance with them, even told me I had to come back to resign all my papers again if the wire went through. Luckily my bank cleared everything up. But he made my buying experience very unpleasant and stressful. I made sure that my bank was who I financed it through, I wanted nothing to do with Jerry ever again.
