Second Time is a Charm

My parents have been buying from Continental since I was a child. So I wasn't too concerned when I bought my first Acura from them. I had to go back and get a new one after being rear-ended and my Tl being totaled. Worked with Greg Pew for the second time. I knew right away I wanted another Acura and from the same place/person. Great service, easy to work with. Greg took the time to show me all my options, drive on the test track, he even worked hard to get me the car I wanted since it wasn't in stock. Highly recommended. I've never been disappointed!

Awesome service.

Awesome Dealership. No pushy salesman asking for you to buy it right away. They let me take my time to inspect the vehicle drive the vehicle. When it came down to buying everything with smooth and easy. Will come back to buy another car in the future. Greg was great to deal with too in every aspect!!

Michigan resident, Continental Acura customer

I live in Michigan but visit Naperville to see family on a regular basis, so when it was time to shop for a new car I chose Continental Acura. The staff is friendly and professional, my sales representative Kirk Roberts was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and took the time to explain all of the cars features. The whole experience at Continental Acura was a positive one.

Amazing car buying experience

i had been searching for a used car but I had gotten a huge interest rate from another dealership. The other dealership was very nice and helpful but due to interest rate we couldn't make it work. I then went to continental Acura and I dealt with Sam Randazzo and Ernie Alvarez both were very helpful Sam said he would do his best to get me a better rate and in a car that day. I was skeptical at best with in hrs I got the phone call I was approved at half of what the other dealer had offered and in to the Acura TL sh awd with tech package. My wife was also amazed at the speed and helpfulness we got at Acura she was also amazed that we also had a 48 month term not some super long term. I was in my car by 7:30-8:00 that night and had arrived about there at like 2 or 3 that day. So I highly recomend this dealership as they are friendly quick and work to get you in to the car you want at the price you want.

Fantastic Service Again and New Vehicle Purchase

We previously had a 2003 MDX that we brought to the dealership several times for service with Chris and each time that we have gone there the service has been excellent. When we needed to look for another vehicle, my wife wanted to replace her MDX with another one and Continental was the only choice. Kevin helped us when we went to look at a certified 2013 MDX and the experience during the purchase was stress free. We even mentioned that we had outside financing already and they didn't pressure us to get their financing. We will definitely be back!

Best car buying experience.

I hate car buying experience. It's just a headache and every dealership you go to their always trying to scam you. Continental Acura of Naperville was the best car buying experience I've had. Very honest very helpful and all-around great service. My sales person was named Ernie and the used car manager Sam was the best person I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. I highly recommend you go see these guys if your looking to purchase a new or used car.

Phenomenal Dealership Service

I have gone to Continental Acura for years now servicing both my MDX and my wife's Honda Pilot. I have come to expect nothing less than exceptional service from this group of folks and I mean the entire dealership. From the sales professionals to finance and into their service department they are all top notch. Today was a regular service visit on the Pilot and I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and Shirley. I consider only Continental when servicing my vehicles and you would do well to do the same. Kirk Roberts is the best "car guy" I have ever dealt with

Out of all the dealers and salespeople I have ever dealt with Kirk has provided me several intangibles others salespeople have not: professionalism, he listens and he works with me and he understands customer service. In addition to Kirk, Jerry Burton was great to deal with in terms of my financing/leasing. He's personable, courteous and efficient (because we all know how long paper work can take!). The Continental Acura dealership has always exceeded my expectations. I have leased two Acuras from Kirk and Continental and I have every reason to think I will be back for a third.
