CPO cost not included in price for a CPO advert

I called this evening regarding a vehicle at this dealership that was advertised as a CPO vehicle. There are large emblems on the dealer website showing that this vehicle is being sold as a CPO. It also states on the CarFax that this vehicle has already been certified. When I spoke with Sklyer Silva, I found out that there an additional cost of $2,650 must be added to their advertised price in order to purchase this Acura as a CPO vehicle and it is not possible to buy the car without a CPO warranty. Down in the small print, it states that costs such as sales tax, DMV fees, certification will be additional. I understand why percentage costs are not to be included as they vary from transaction to transaction. However their $2,650 cost is a fixed figured no matter where I live. If they can manage to include CPO logos all over their car listing then they should be able add the information as to how much the CPO warranty costs ($2,650) and that you must add this cost to the advertised price if you wish to purchase this vehicle. Buyer beware.

Ashton Jones is the epitome of professionalism and integrity! I saw him fight to honor my asking price. Additionally, he and the staff stayed on a holiday to close my deal. Ask for Ashton when you visit. Also, be sure to ask for the Pastor Darius discount.

The best Acura dealer I have exerienced

After having a HORRIBLE experience with McGrath Acura in downtown Chicago, I was beyond releived to have the experience I did w/ Advantage. It all started with Holly Altier. She was just a pleasant person all the way around. I really enjoyed working with her. Everyone I dealt with there was so very nice. Had a great conversation with the finance manager. Again, just great people. Very happy with my deal, the financing and love my RDX A-Spec. If I didn't live 2 hours away, I would make this dealership my go to. Believe me, don't waste your time w/ McGrath - just go see Holly at Advantage!

Deceptive Pricing - Hidden Certification Fees

Caution- Dealership is very deceptive on pricing for Certified vehicles. They actually add a certification fee to the vehicle which does not reflect on the advertised price which makes it appear much cheaper than other certified vehicles. They don't even point that out unless you happen to catch it when going through the final papers. I thought the FTC cracked down on this practice but they list this fee in the fine print of the ads. Still a very deceptive pricing strategy and not very transparent as compared with other dealers. Based on all the other reviews I would avoid this dealership.

Great Experience

My salesmen Ralph, made the overall buying process simple and easy without any pressure.He asked me what I was looking for and was able to go above and beyond what I was expecting.
