After having a HORRIBLE experience with McGrath Acura in downtown Chicago, I was beyond releived to have the experience I did w/ Advantage. It all started with Holly Altier. She was just a pleasant person all the way around. I really enjoyed working with her. Everyone I dealt with there was so very nice. Had a great conversation with the finance manager. Again, just great people. Very happy with my deal, the financing and love my RDX A-Spec. If I didn't live 2 hours away, I would make this dealership my go to. Caution- Dealership is very deceptive on pricing for Certified vehicles. They actually add a certification fee to the vehicle which does not reflect on the advertised price which makes it appear much cheaper than other certified vehicles. They don't even point that out unless you happen to catch it when going through the final papers. I thought the FTC cracked down on this practice but they list this fee in the fine print of the ads. Still a very deceptive pricing strategy and not very transparent as compared with other dealers. Based on all the other reviews I would avoid this dealership.
