I am Very Pleased!

I visited the Kelley Blue Book to evaluate my trade in vehicle and received several offers to purchase or accept it as a trade in. So I searched all the websites of the dealerships that contacted me and found the one car that really attracted me, in price and appearance, at Advantage Acura. Jennifer was my first contact. Her friendliness made me comfortable with my dealer choice. Holly, my sales person, Gerry the per who drew up the contracts, the whole team was so down to earth, honest and worked hard to find the right financing to a monthly payment that wouldn't cause a strain. I have my new car and I love it. Thanks guys!

Nissan Armada

This place was a horrible experience for my family. We drove over 2 hrs and had an appt to see a Nissian Armada and they sold the vehicle right as we were walking in the door 10 minutes before our scheduled time. They don't truly care about their customers. They just want to make a sale.

Deceitful Sales Practices

Please be advised this dealership was bought in 2020 and reviews before then would be for Continental Acura. Do your research and avoid this place! The "Certified" 2018 RDX I had purchased was promised to have the Acura Certified Pre-Owned warranty which includes "24 month/100,000 mile (whichever comes first) after new car warranty expires or from certified purchase date". I had gone to this dealership due to the advertised certified vehicle as the certification was important to me. I had confirmed this certification would be included with the purchase when speaking with the Sales Representative after the agreed upon price of $27,200. This price was $246.00 less than the internet price listed (relevance is detailed later). When I went in for financing I told the representative three times that I did not wish to have the additional "protection" offers. Anna in financing confirmed (after being very evasive; however I repeatedly asked until I received a definite answer) that the "Preferred" protection plan she detailed was the Acura certified plan that comes with no additional cost as part of the certified package. She then quickly flipped through all pages of the contract (sign here, flip, sign here). I received a zip drive of the contract. When I uploaded the contract, I saw that I was charged over $90 per month (60 months) for the Preferred package which is the additional warranty package I repeatedly said I did not want. Financing was completed after the dealership close on a Saturday. I sent an email first thing Sunday morning explaining that I would like to return the car due to the financing practices. The Sales Representative called me Monday morning and told me the contract was not submitted yet and that I could come in and sign a new contract without the Preferred package. Maria in Customer Service then called to set up a time for me to bring the car in for the promised service (bumper was to be painted, the second set of keys was to be received) and she then said Anna in Financing would contact me that day to set up a time to re-sign the contract when I brought the car in. Anna did not call; I left her a voice mail but received no call back that day. On the advise of legal counsel I did not bring my car in for the service as I could not confirm the financing. After calling Maria again (Anna was not returning my call) I then was told that Anna had been off the day before but would call me to set up a time for re-signing and I again made an appointment to bring the car in for the promised service. Again I did not receive a call; I cancelled the second service appointment. Finally, when Anna did call, she advised that I signed the contract for the Preferred package, the bank already had the contract, in fact I have a statement that should be out in the mail. I told her I will consult with my attorney at which point she said she could no longer speak with me and would have her manager call. The Finance Manager then called (although I asked Anna not to have him call until after noon the next day so that I could have time to speak with my attorney) and said we would meet this Monday to re-sign the contract without the preferred package added to the contract. I fully expect this contract to not include the Acura certified warranty promised because, although the car was advertised as certified, under "Seller Comments" it advises "Acura certified warranty included in the online price". Although I had confirmed with the Sales Representative that the Acura certification would be included after the price was settled, I am suspecting this shady dealership will say because I paid $246.00 less than the internet price I will not receive the certified warranty. Please be very careful if you chose to visit this dealership. This site does not allow attachments; I have proof to substantiate my narrative.

Used RDX

had to call twice regarding a used RDX each time i indicated I was an out of state buyer, got a call back from i think Kindra and she indicates that they do not sell cars to out of state customers and I would have to come in to buy, though that the cars.com profile indicated virtual visits and delivery are available.

Purchase of new car

I bought an ILX from Abe Crump about a month ago and it was th quickest car purchase I have ever made. The negotiating was fast and painless. They also gave me a very fair offer for my trade in. Abe has a knack for making you feel comfortable. I love the car so far!

Deceit and dishonest service

I would not recommend the service/ repair to anyone. I was involved in an accident recently and thought that the best who can handle the damages was the dealership for my Acura. it took three weeks to come up with a part. the insurance company was involved as well. the car needed steering wheel to be replaced and some other internal damages. we were told that the repairs were made and added fees for new brakes to find out that after the car was taken to the body shop, that it was all dishonest and deceitful. they placed only 1 bolt for the reinforcement bar they put on the car, there should be 2 on top on each side and 1 on the bottom on each side. The frame rail was also completely collapsed and buckled where the reinforcement was supposed to mount on the passenger side. the reinforcement bar did not fit the frame that was damaged but they did not tell anyone not even the insurance about the extent of the damages and just " band aided it" putting myself my family and other people on the road at risk, having no concerns about our safety. I drove the car myself to find out that due to the damages, it was a complete loss and on top of everything, they made me pay for new brakes for a car that was total loss. I have called the manager and sent photos of the work they have done but I have not hear back. if you care about others' and your safety, do not trust their services.

Very deceived by the dishonesty and poor service.I would not trust them with my safety . I was involved in a car accident and I own an Acura. insurance was also involved. the car was left in the dealership for close to three weeks awaiting a part. a full diagnostic test was completed and we were told that the repairs were made and that the car was ready fo collision work. at the collision shop, they ran out another diagnostic test and opened the bumper to find that The frame rail was completely collapsed and they placed a reinforcement bar that did not fit the in the holes due to the shifted frame, they buckled the reinforcement bar where it was supposed to mount on the passenger side, put only 1 bolt for the reinforcement bar instead of 2 on top on each side and 1 on the bottom on each side. They also told me that my brakes needed replaced when they knew that the car was a total loss . the did not inform me or the insurance and let me drive an unstable car. the car is a total loss . I reached out to the manager and sent him photos of the poorly installed reinforcement bar over a completely collapsed shifted frame but did not hear back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services.
