The experience at Continental Acura is awesome because of this one man, Eddie Colville. The staff is friendly but Eddie's level of knowledge, experience and just understanding the customer is unique, and second to none. I bought my 2010 Acura MDX and traded my old Acura TSX. Not only I got a great deal on my new MDX but a great trade in price on my TSX. Eddie, if you reading this, Thank you!!! You certainly deserve to be known!!!

Greg and Sharon were very friendly and did not rush us. I enjoyed this new car sale. It was far from the usual car sales everyone dreads. After a terrible experience with the BMW 528 xi which caught fire after the dealership supposedly fixed a recall on the car for a battery cable, thie experience of buying a Acura TL from Continental Acura and specifically from Greg Pew ans Sharon was really refreshing and enjoyable

This is the second car that I have purchased through...
This is the second car that I have purchased through Eddie Colville at Continental Acura. For the second time in two years he located a pre driven vehicle for me that came in just under my budget but yet completely exceeded my expectations. The sales process was easy and the online credit application that Eddie suggested turned a two hour paperwork process into a 30 minute visit. I will be replacing another vehicle in about 1 1/2 years and I already know that I will purchase through Eddie. Jerry Burton in finance could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. When I came in to sign, he told me that he was able to get me an even lower rate of finance than the low one he had already had approved. There was no pressure. I already told him that I was going to purchase an extended warranty. I ended up purchasing an additional one as well. Not because he sold me, which is extremely difficult to do, but because it made a great deal of sense to me. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I could not be more satisfied with my overall experience.

I came in for a car wash and was greeted with Barabra's usual smile and warm greeting. Then Chris came up and told Barbara to upgrade my wash to a miles of smiles wash for no charge. It's small gestures like this that make you feel like your business is really appreciated and you're part of the family.

The experience at Continental Acura was first class all the way! I emailed multiple dealers trying to get the best price. Greg Pew at Continental came back with the best price and I am sure glad he did! I made the 1hr 30 minute drive out to Naperville and he and Sharon MacDonald had a car ready and waiting for me to test drive. Greg took the time to take three different Acura's out on the test track with me and talked about the benefits of each. He was a true consultant in helping me to make my decision, without being pushy. I asked him to work on getting one in the color I wanted and he did just that - and was even able to find one that would save me a little bit more money! The sales process was as smooth as possible, Greg and Sharon are excellent at communicating every step of the way. My questions were always answered thoroughly and quickly. The Business Manager, Jerry Burton, was able to secure an excellent finance rate for me and when it was time to pick up the car, Greg and Sharon had the car cleaned and waiting. Jerry was ready for me in the finance office. I signed paperwork, Greg thoroughly explained everything in the car and I was on my way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Continental Acura is worth the drive!

We purchased a new TL from Continental Acura this weekend, and the experience was great. We made the trip from the Milwaukee area due to the great communication and service we received from Greg Pew. The pricing of the vehicle was excellent and Greg worked to make sure that we received the best deal possible. He made sure the transaction went smoothly, and took time to acquaint us with the features of the car. He was thorough and friendly, as was his assistant, Sharon. There were no "surprises" when we got to the dealership, and no pressure with the sales process. Jerry Burton, the business manager, helped to make the experience the easiest new vehicle purchase we've ever made. We will definitely be contacting Continental Acura in the future, as we expect to be in the market for an MDX in the next few years.

Up until this point, I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but I have serviced all of my Acuras here after moving out to the area a number of years ago. First off, Chris Papo in service is absolutley top notch, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that we are happy. When it came time to trade in our 2010 MDX for a 2012 Advance with rear entertainment, Chris helped put us in touch with Scott Wilson who is part of the management team over at Continental Acura. Scott immediatley cut to the chase, offered us his best price, applied all rebates, and even found us an extra few dollars to apply towards the down payment and then gave us a few extra dollars on our trade. I was then put in touch with Tony Garcia who took me on an extended test drive to ensure that I understood the differences between the Advance that we were looking at and our 2010 Tech. Tony was great to work with, and took great care of us while we worked late to get things finalized. While the process of purchasing a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do, Scott, Tony, and Chris made this as smooth a process as possible. I can say nothing but great things about the people at Continental Acura, will fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or service the one they have, and will hopefully continue to do business with them for as long as we own and are looking to buy Acura vehicles. By the way, stay away from McGrath Acura in Westmont!
