We used the internet and email in negotiating the price of the car. Greg has provided all the details that we needed for us to make a smart decision in buying. Sharon has been very helpful with information and accommodated us during the test drive while Greg was with another customer. They really make a great team. Jerry explained all the options we have for the financing and warranty. He left it up to us to decide which option we wanted without any hassle. In the end, it was a smooth transaction and we definitely recommend this dealership.

Eddie was by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt...

Eddie was by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with buying a car. I came from out of state, he had all the paperwork and everything ready to roll! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Jerry the finance manager was also very pleasant to deal with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying from them! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Great job guys!

This was the third car that I purchased from Continental...

This was the third car that I purchased from Continental and each buying experience was enjoyable. My & wife & I did not feel pressured to buy and found the sales people very knowledgable about several models that we looked at. After several test drives and with helpful information from the sales staff, we were able to make an informed decision to buy. I would definitely recommend Continental Acura if you want a great car and very pleasant buying experience.

Our experience working with our salesperson, Tom, and the sales manager Harry, was nothing but positive. They were very friendly, helpful and were not at all "pushy" in terms of trying to compel a decision, despite our taking about a month to finally decide on a new MDX.

I bought my new MDX utilizing their on-line service. The process was painless. In fact, Greg Pew and his team were very accomodating when I had to delay the final paper signing and pick-up several times because of unforeseen business needs. The car was ready when I was and the pick-up process was verey efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. This is my third MDX from Continental.

Purchased my first Acura MDX with Continental Acura and...

Purchased my first Acura MDX with Continental Acura and would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I used the Costco program to purchase a certified pre-owned MDX. Great service from Greg and Sharon who work at Continental. The whole process was easy and Greg took the time to personally show me how all the features of the navigation and audio bluetooth system work. I'm really enjoying riding around in my new MDX.

They were fantastic. Great car. Very fair trade-in. We love our new vehicle. When I asked for special upgrades, after trading in my car, they gave me a loaner for several days while they made the upgrades. Love the complimentary car washes as well. Great job!

This is our second time working with Greg and the amazing team at Continental Acura. This was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. The service is excellent. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else to purchase, or lease a car!! Thanks Greg and Continental!

Before even getting to the dealer, my husband had a great...

Before even getting to the dealer, my husband had a great experience with Greg. He was responsive without being pushy via online communication. Greg negotiated the price of our new vehicle with my husband so that when I went in to test drive and purchase the MDX, the experience was nothing but pleasant. Many people (me included) dread having to negotiate the price of their car. I'm always worried that I didn't get the best deal possible, but with this car purchase, I felt good and continue to feel good about my new car and the whole experience. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Even though Greg had other clients while I was there, he and Sharon managed to make everyone feel attended to. From the test drive, to the trade-in discussion, down to the tour of the dealership and overview of my vehicle, I was happy with my experience (they paid such attention to detail). Even the finance guy was nice (very personable)! He didn't badger me about extended coverage or try to pressure me into anything extra. The customer service is great. I bought my car almost three weeks ago, so I've gone back for my free car wash and cookies. They continue to please.

Greg Pew was professional and extremely patient when...

Greg Pew was professional and extremely patient when demonstrating how the car operates. I felt at ease and was not nervous during the demo do to the fact he did not rush me and encouraged questions. He also gave us a tour of the dealership and explained the multiple services offered. When making decisions regarding add ons he offered his opinion but let us make the final decisions. Greg even called a few days after picking up the car to see how things were going and if I had any questions. His assistant Sharon was friendly and efficient. For me she added a feeling of security in a male dominant environment. She made us feel welcome and was very helpful. We have purchased several cars and this was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had. Greg and Sharon made this a pleasant and exciting experience. Their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding.
