Great car buying experience. I have bought many cars over...

Great car buying experience. I have bought many cars over the years and I have to say that at this dealership are by far the best we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We told them what the payment needed to be in order for us to make a deal and they meet the goal. All without the back and forth "Let me talk to my manager" garbage that wastes my afternoon. This is the first time I've left a car dealership not feeling emotionally drained. Don't get me wrong they are in the business to make money, otherwise they would be out of business. They just didn't feel the need to make all of it off me. If you are looking to buy a car new or used definitely go see these guys, I know I will. Thanks again, Chris 2007 Mazda 3

We have recently purchased our third Acura from Gregg at Continental Acura in Naperville. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is above and beyond and they make every effort to insure an enjoyable experience without the "hard sell". They are reliable and straight forward. I feel like a member of the family and will recommend this dealership every time for both sales and service.

Greg and the service team at Continential always make me...

Greg and the service team at Continential always make me feel welcome. Realizing they sell cars, it took some haggeling to get to where I wanted to be on a lease but at the end of the day we arrived at the same place and did a deal. I am pleased with the car (TL) I leased and would do it again. I recommend Continential and Greg if you are in the market and the neighborhood.

They listened, were knowledgable, did not hard sell,...

They listened, were knowledgable, did not hard sell, treated us as if we were reasonably intelligent and had a good sense of humor. I dislike buying cars as witnessed by the ones we traded in were 16 and 10 years old. However, this time it was a pretty good experience. The test drives, explanation of equipment and paperwork was simple and thorough. This was the 7th Acura we bought from them. As usual, good job.

This was a great low pressure highly informative buying...

This was a great low pressure highly informative buying experience. Tom and his sales manager Harry are great to work with and made shopping for a new Acura a pleasant hastle free experience. The innovative approach that they took to financing this purchase was terrific. They also helped me with the end of lease turn in on my existing lease and this was very smooth.

We purchased a car from Continental Acura off an Ebay...

We purchased a car from Continental Acura off an Ebay auction. We actually live in MN and drove down to pick up the car. The experience was well worth the drive. Eddie is the Ebay Manager and was awesome. He answered all of our questions and provided the best customer service—seriously the best. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased on Ebay and this car purchase experience was by far the best by a long shot. Both Eddie and Ken the Used Car Manager went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape, and they really made the Acura name proud. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was a certified used car that they were proud to sell, and we were happy to own. Well they did their job extremely well. We traded in our BMW for the Acura and I can tell you we never received this level of service at the BMW dealer. The Business Manager Jerry, made all the paperwork quick and painless. This dealership really does a great job, you can see the evidence by their busy showroom. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a 2011 TL from Greg Pew. A true saleman who will work with you and have everything ready when you are. If you have any questions, he takes the time to quickly get back with an answer for you. Highly recommend Greg for your sales needs.

The team of Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald is, hands down, the best car experience I've ever had! Being a female, we know it can be difficult and intimidating walking into a car dealership. From the very beginning, I felt no pressure and was giving so much information about the RDX. I could not have asked for a better team to help me in my decision process.

Just leased a 2011 MDX Tech from Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald at Continental. They were both awesome ! We had pretty much everything worked out via email before I even stepped foot in the dealership. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Greg has been very responsive in answering any questions I have had since delivery. I owned a 2008 VW Touareg prior to this and the MDX is far superior to the Touareg! I highly recommend Continental Acura.

I bought a new car back in April from Continental Acura. ...

I bought a new car back in April from Continental Acura. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had working with a car dealership. I honestly felt that I got a fantastic deal without having to do any wheeling-and-dealing. I just said "$XX,XXX is what I have budgeted." And they said "Let's take a look... 'ok'" I felt that they were honest, fair, and respectful. There were no games or pushy "after sales," My only complaint was that the car was not in stock and they had to get it from another dealer. When I went to get it, I was about to drive the car out of the parking lot, I noticed a scratch on the drivers window. I looked like someone took a diamond and scratched it about 9 inches. I had to come back and get it replaced. (I was hoping to get it done immediately or get a different car.) No big deal. They were completely professional about it. The sales guy that I worked with was Josh Bruhn. He was young, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was sincere before AND after the sale. Most sales guys forget about you after the sale is done. But, not Josh. I have been back a few times to ask some questions and he has been very helpful. I also love the free car washes. Really GOOD free car washes. Very cool! Also, it's a pleasant place to wait while having work done. I love the free loaners, too. I hope that I can do business with Josh Bruhn and Con Acura again.
