I love taking my car here for service. Free car washes. Good free coffee and WiFi. Really nice loaners or shuttle service. No wait service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. They even record CD telling you what they did and found. So, you can hear it directly from the mechanic. To me it looks like Continental Acura said "What would make a customer's experience better?" And then they did exactly that. I don't know how anyone could complain about this place. I have been to crappy dealers. This is not one of those. I love these guys. My only regret is that I didn't go to them sooner.

Every time I bring my brand new car into the dealership to repair damage that they have done, I pick it up with new damage somewhere else on the car. I have had the car for 4 1/2 months and have been to the dealership 5 times already and heading back for my 6th. I will NEVER use this dealership again.

After taking my car in for server, I picked up my car with more problems I came in with. They were unwilling to even accept any possibility it was caused by them. No help from the general managed, and the service manager thought he was the only one that knew something about fixing cars. They also tried diagnosing the problems, and came back with over $1000 of repairs, almost none of which an independant mechanic found problems with. Never again back to this dealer.

I recently leased a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD from Andrew at Continental Acura. He is very down to earth, personable, but low-key. Definitely not saleman-like. Their prices were very competitive and luckily, they still had a few 2009s in inventory. We test drove and finished negotiating on the car in about an hour and a half. The negotiations were quick and straightforward. Since I research the current money factors, residuals and prices beforehand, I knew that they were fair with their pricing. I would recommend Andrew Sophiakis at Continental Acura for a pleasant experience in purchasing or leasing your next vehicle.

I think this is the worst dealership ever. Their sale manager Harry is the worst person to deal with... Just be careful. Glad I don't live in Naperville area so I was able to buy my car from another dealership. They offer the highest price for their cars, and their dealing "tricks" are so oldd

So, 7 years ago I bought a brand new I was the first to test drive it Acura. This year it developed an external head gasket leak. Continental was not very honest in how they approached me with this news--first telling me when my car had no oil or filter in it and was on a lift--as if I could be trapped into doing $2700 worth of work just like that--they put their oil into the pan when I complained, but my costly Amsoil filter (all of which would be lost if I did the head gasket) and then trying to frighten me into thinking a small oil leak in a 7-year old car was dire. Car was really fine--small oil leak--eventually, 6 mo later, it needed a timing belt, so I went elsewhere to have this done after my bad experience and was told my engine had been heli-coiled!!!! AND the heli-coils were what had caused the gasket leak, and they had stripped--3 front bolts on my head were spinning freely. NOW--I bought this car brand new and there had never been any engine repair done in 7 years. BUT once there had been a recall on the timing belt tensioner--so this had to be when the heli-coils ended up in my engine. Con Acura is taking no responsibility for this or the fact that I now lose the longevity and reliability that Acuras are known for, as it is unlikely I can ever do another engine repair on this car, and it is unlikely the head gasket job will hold long-term with new heli-coils. (of course my second mechanic could have recommended a rebuilt engine, which he did not) Someone at Acura damaged my engine and did not fess up and I am stuck.

The salesman (larry ladd) performed a bait and switch. He offered one price for our trade in then when the papers were drawn up he change the amount. When we pointed the error out to the sales manager he asked if the trade in offer was in writting. Not very honest in their sales approach. Shop on the other hand is top notch. great service dept which was why we were recomended to them in the first place. Buy you car someplace else and have these guys work on it.

I was recomended to this dealership based on the great shop. I have for the last two years used the shop and they have lived up to their reputation. The sales departments is a whole different story. If Larry Ladd is an indication of the whole staff I will never buy here again. The prices are good but Larry offered one price for a trade-in then at the closing changed it. I should have walked away but the wife was in love with the car. if you go here get your trade-in offer in writting since the salespersons word is worth nothing. This is what the sales manager asked when I related the issue - Did you get that in writting? oh well leason learned but be carefull if you go here.
