I have been buying and leasing cars and trucks from this dealership for close to 20 years. One of the main reasons is Abe Crump, he has always made my buying or leasing experience effortless. I enjoy working with Abe, he is very professional and detailed. If anyone reading this review is looking for an Acura, I highly recommend Advantage, ask for Abe, you won't be disappointed. The other reason is the service department, very professional. Neil, Joe and others have been great to work with and always made sure everything was taken care of and the service was performed properly.

Great Customer Service!

I've been car shopping for the last 2-3 months while getting ready for my daughter to get her driver's license in July 2021. I've tested multiple cars including the Tesla model Y and 3, Lexus IS and ES, etc. and I went to Advantage Acura to test the 2021 RDX without any plans to buy a car that day. Joe McGinnis was very helpful and attentive to my needs even when he knew I wasn't planning to buy a car. After testing the 2021 RDX and 2020 MDX they gave me a huge offer I couldn't resist so I ended up buying a new car that day!

Do yourself a favor. Avoid this dealership. Got conned into buying warranties. When something was wrong guess what warrenty doesn’t cover. I still remember the words of Jerry the finance guy. Don’t you want peace of mind knowing if anything goes wrong within two 2 it’s all covered. Peace of mind my a**.

You leave no contact info. How can I contact you? Plus I guess a district manager called and all she did was repeat what I already knew. That the warranty didn’t cover the air bag error sign. I was told I had to pay 150 to just diagnose the air bad error sign plus how much to it would be to repair it. No thank you. Paid 40 diagnostic fee at Royal automobile that was then applied to the final cost. Paid about 200 to fix. Acura of Naperville is a joke. Never going to this place. Never recommending Acura to anyone. Instead I tell everyone to avoid Acura when they ask me how I like my car.

Purchased Cadillac CTS

Had a pleasant car buying experience out of Advantage Acura of Naperville. I emailed them about a Cadillac CTS they had on their website and they informed me that they still had it in stock. So I emailed them back telling them I would be there by a certain time and when I got there they all ready had the car wiped down and waiting for right by the entrance. They really did make car buying as pleasant as you can make it. I would like to also think that I made car purchasing pleasant for them as well. I went in there already done my homework and knew exactly what my down payment was and what I was getting for my trade and closely with in 10 bucks what my payment was going to be. So with all that said I was in and out with in 2 hours. Advantage Acura of Naperville also took it upon themselves to touch up the few little Knicks that were on the hood of the car that I noticed. My sales guy Joe was also pleasant to deal with too.

12/15 I purchase my brand new RDX 2020 Could me any happier if I purchase the 2021. Joe McGinnis , we sat and talk work our numbers decided what was the best way for me to go to purchase the car I wanted. Even When I went home and talk with members of the family. Any questions I had. He called me back ASAP. very patient and thorough threw the purchasing process. I can say he was non pressuring salesman. Joe was always willing to do the extra. A+ in my book
