Abe Crump was great to work with on my purchase of a new RDX. Price they gave me right out front was better than two other dealers after back and forth haggling. Abe and Jerry made car buying easy. These guys are true professionals. It is so nice to work with people that have been at the same dealership for a long time. They build relationships for the long term. Many dealers these days employ aggressive salesmen that generate big sales but leave buyers feeling ripped off After the deal is done. Not Abe and Jerry at Advantage.

I just purchased a pre-owned Chevy Silverado.
I just purchased a pre-owned Chevy Silverado 1500 from Advantage. Levi was my sales consultant and Anna handled the finances. This is the most amazing dealership and people. Levi and Anna were the most awesome, professional, wonderful people. EVER in a car dealership!!!! And pretty much top-notch in my book regardless of setting. I enjoyed meeting them so much, and would definitely do business with them again. No doubt. I’ve purchased seven vehicles in seven years from the other dealerships in Naperville. Two new and five used. From now on, my FIRST stop will always be Advantage. I left knowing I got much more than a fair transaction, and was treated with the utmost respect and integrity at every step. Good people means a better business. They obviously know that. Well done.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. I asked for a simple request to leave the car in the spot where is has been sitting to check fluids and start up. Planned to purchased with my trade in and they started it up and moved it quickly to a closer spot.. called up and ask what is going on? So I told them I was standing behind the car once again they started it up again as I moved my car forward.. again they did a quick move to the front AGAIN. I was getting slack from the receptionist. On the courtesy BS. I’m a mechanic (45 years) and know ALL issues on every car..I had a immaculate trade in for them..apparently that didn’t want to Deal..

Rude Customer Service
Was gonna trade my immaculate Vehicle on a Santa Fe Sport..told them not to move the car keep where it was sitting over night. to check oil and start on my own. They moved it as I was pulling in moved quickly to front of store..called contact and moved it back told them I came back around and did the same xxxx thing moved the car quickly to another spot..Ignorance.. List a Great Deal...

Great Experience!
Buying a car at this dealership was a great experience compared to the other Acura dealerships we had dealt with. Levi was a friendly, patient and professional salesman. Anna and Noble in the financial department were both efficient and got us out of there in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place!

Changed Price on Pilot - Lied About It Being Sold
On March 3rd, I had researched used Honda Pilots through a Google search and came upon a 2017 Used Pilot Touring that Advantage Acura of Naperville had via cars.com. I entered in my contact information into cars.com for the dealership to get a hold of me. I was contacted almost immediately by a girl name Alexis who set me up with my first sales person, Abe Crump. He left for the day and transferred me to Joe McGinnis. I will warn you, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SALESPERSON! After sending all my information to him including pictures of my trade, VIN #, and payoff, Joe McGinnis went silent...no communication for an entire day (March 4th). Then he informs me on Friday the 5th that the Pilot had sold Thursday morning (even though he was asking me for additional information about my trade well into Thursday afternoon). I asked him if he had any other used Pilots and he ghosted me. I went back to cars.com and the same used Pilot Touring I was looking at had not sold. In fact, it had went up $3,000 dollars from the original price that it was listed when I took interest in it (was originally $22,722 and was now $25,722) I had a friend of mine who has a different area code and phone number request information on March 9th for the same used Pilot Touring. Alexis calls my friend immediately and tells him "Yes, this Pilot is ready to test drive when can you come in?" Lying is the most disrespectful thing you can do, especially in sales. Shame on your tactics and your so called sales "skills" Joe. You put a tarnish on car sales people who try to make an honest living. BUYER BEWARE!
