Earlier this week, we called about a specific vehicle

Earlier this week, we called about a specific vehicle they had on their website, a 2023 Audi A4. My husband spoke to two different salesmen, but mainly Nana Obeng. After some negotiation, we agreed on a total out-the-door price and decided to buy the car. We made the deal, let him know we already had financing lined up and would finalize that to arrive with the exact payment. We agreed on this morning at 11. We told him we live in Pennsylvania and that it is a 2 hour drive for us. We finalized the loan with our lender, giving them all of your information and the vehicle details, and emailed the dealer funding request to the email address Nana gave my husband so the finance department would be prepared to handle the paperwork/sale quickly when we arrived to get the car. We’ve bought our past 5 cars this way with no issues- find the right car online, negotiate and agree on the right price, arrive, sign, and leave with our car. Usually a very easy process. We were called by a different salesman yesterday to confirm our arrival time, and we confirmed. We drove the 2 hours this morning. Upon arrival, we were told the car was sold last night. The dealer who spoke to us this morning, Kadoos (sp?) informed us of this and said “well, we can’t hold cars.” Another sales person chased us back outside convincing us to look at another- said it was the same color and lower miles. I was already feeling incredibly disrespected, but my husband agreed to look at it, only to then have other sales people offer him a white one or a black one that wasn’t even in stock. What a joke. Multiple people knew we were coming this morning to purchase that specific car. If we had needed to give a deposit or something over the phone to hold it, we would have gladly done so. No one indicated this at any point. We were more than willing to complete the sale online, if needed, but again, no one indicated this was necessary. No matter what, it would have taken thirty seconds for someone at the dealership to give us a call and let us know the car we agreed to purchase was sold before we drove that far. If that simple act of respect and professionalism had been done, we would gladly have considered buying something else with your dealership. But, instead, we were not shown any respect or consideration.

They took the time to understand my concerns and kept me updated throughout the process. The wait room was comfortable and clean which make experince nicer. The Salesman I dealt with was full of lies.

The Salesman I dealt with was full of lies. I bought contingent on meeting halfway delivery of the vehicle and the Salesman Hal Pence assured me he could do that. Three times on the day delivery would happen (halfway is 4 hours) he would text with an excuse why he couldn’t do it then, while we were on our way, taking time off and missing work. The Dealership informed us that he claimed we cancelled every time. The Dealership did come through for us and dispatched 2 people with the car but they seem to employ liars. If you go there just don’t have him as your salesman.
