Kathy McKinney gave us the best car buying experience we have ever had. She was knowledgeable about the car we were buying and worked with us every step of the way to get the best deal possible. I recommend her to anyone buying a car. She has 40 years of experience and it shows. Umar Naeem in the finance department was patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the loan price I was paying. Thank you guys so much!

We purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Oursman
We purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Oursman Dundalk bought the extended warranty . We haven't had any issues until the windshield washer reservoir started leaking. called to make an appointment . They said they couldn't order parts till they checked it out , OK after 3 days with them they tell me the tank is out of stock. didn't they know that after the first day. take it back wait again . Then they tell us to bring it back in. we bring it back and pick it up that afternoon. the fluid empty icon comes on in a day or so. We put fluid in it runs right out. We call again to be told that the tank never did come in "they just tightened up the flanges " . so waited and waited called never get called back. Tried to get the General Manager , said he would call back as of today 2 days later , no call back . Very frustrated
