I live in California and even though at first I had to deal with Makayla and Parm over the phone it was easy and they helped me get what I wanted. I flew into Denver and Makayla was nice enough to drive up to Denver and pick me up and bring me down to Castle Rock. They made everything easy to deal with and going though the process of purchasing my Corvette. They even ordered some extra options parts for me and had them shipped to dealership in time for when I picked up my car. Everyone was great to me, Makayla, Parm and Arnold. They made the whole experience nice and quick, so I could get down to Fort Carson to see my son when he returned from Kuwait. Thank you all very much.

Wouldn't go back after working with Austen and Chad. Both were arrogant and unwilling to help at all. I was also horrified that Chad, a manager, approached us with a dip of chew in... absolutely gross! They tried to take me for a fool and thought I couldn't do basic math. Avoid this place like the plague

This was my first big car purchase, and my first purchase at a reputable dealership. Seth was so incredibly understanding of my hesitancy in making such a big purchase. On top of that, he was never pushy or "sales-y". In fact, it was like hanging with a friend. If you want to laugh and actually enjoy the car buying process, Seth and the whole team at Castle Rock Chevrolet are your people! They made the whole process a breeze with friendliness and comfortability.

Fantastic dealership Billy Voyles is a fantastic Salesman, not only was he patient but he is all about putting the customer first. Thank you Billy Voyles for getting my dream truck at the right price. Billy Voyles also has helped me with getting my interlock swaped out of my truck in to the new truck i purchased. It is really hard to find a dealership that actually cares about the customer wants and needs. Billy Voyles and his sales manager went above and behind for me and i will be going back to them for the rest of my vehicle i purchase in the furture.

*SCAM ALERT* This company sent me a game card to win a prize. I won according to the card that clearly outlined the prize with the winning dice. However when I get to the dealership I was told in the fine print it says the confirmation number is the reference number not the winning dice that align with the cash prize. I reviewed the wording with the salesman and it in fact did not say the confirmation code changes the prize. He said unfortunately the confirmation number is we use not the winning dice marked on the card that are aligned and labeled each prize prize on both sides of the promotion card. So I wasted my time and money traveling down to this dealership for a scam to get me in the door. Sad thing was the only reason this dealership had my info for the mail out was I tried to purchase a truck through them but since it wasn’t on the lot the sales manager tried to tell me I couldn’t buy a lifted F150 brand new from a dealer. So I already knew they scam customers and luckily found a great Ford dealer in Loveland. Definitely take your business else where and avoid the scams of this dealership clearly desperate enough to scam in every direction possible.
