Not Very Helpful
ABS & Traction control lights came on while on vacation. Found axle seal leak & bad sensor. Cleaned the oil from the leak & brought it to the shop when we got home. Leak fix was covered under warranty but not the $23 for 2 cans of brake cleaner. Mech stated in receipt he’d cleaned the residual oil. 2 days after picking it up the lights came back on. Found oil in the same place. Brought it back to the shop & was told it is no longer leaking but the sensor needs replacing. Was also told that the leak could have caused the sensor to fail but because they couldn’t tell for sure it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Then we received a quote for $481 to replace the sensor. I ordered 2 sensors for less than $50 to replace myself. I don’t have a huge issue with it not being covered under warranty but I also don’t feel like they tried & knowing there’s a possibility the leak caused the sensor failure, the least they could’ve done was given some sort of break on the replacement cost. But they didn’t. I texted the Jeep service advisor with my concerns and received no response.

Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional
I don’t have time to write a full detailed account of my experience, but after yesterday I will never be returning to this place & I will recommend that everyone else avoids it. I don’t know if there was a competent employee in the entire building, but the worst ones were the women at the cashier desk. They were rude and condescending for no reason, and were unwilling to help when I asked. As it turns out, there was some confusion among the staff that resulted in me waiting for more than 30 mins just to get my keys back after the work was completed. I didn’t get the names of the cashiers, but the one with the shorter hair and tattoos needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for her poor attitude , rudeness, and unwillingness to help.

the service adviser was very helpful
not only was the service adviser helpful but the technician that worked on my vehicle was awesome he fixed my vehicle and answered all questions that I had I would highly recommend this service center

Great Experience
The sales team is great. Finance person is great. Overall great experience. Best prices. Clean waiting area. I would have preferred Mr. Danny but Duke Raven was professional. After searching many, many dealerships inventory; this was the best experience. This will be my go to dealership for every single purchase in the future.
