Smooth experience

Very helpful in getting my daughter's car going, being that I am 625 miles from her. Comforting to know that she has someone there to take care of any problems that she may experience.

2018 Wrangler Unlimited

Wonderful car buying experience. Very quick and straight forward. Couldn't have gone better. Joe was great at listening to our needs and constructing a deal that fit our goals.

30k Service

I called to make an appointment to bring my 2018 Ram 3500 in for the 30k mile maintenance. I was connected with Joe Miller, my service advisor. I started with my name and went on to explain that I needed the 30k maintenance - he said "you have the 4wd megacab, correct? and you do alot of hauling with it, let me pull the routine maintenance schedule and let's see what exactly we need to get you in here for" - Joe scheduled my appointment, took care of me upon arrival, and had my truck ready when he said it would be ready. He didn't try to convince to me have any sort of services or maintenance that my truck didn't need, I was impressed with his ability to recall my vehicle, what I use it for, etc just by telling him my name. I really like that I've had the same advisor each time that I've brought my truck to them, it's so much more convenient to work with someone that knows your vehicle and it's service history with them.

Jerry Sperier was great to work with.

Jerry made my purchase quick and easy. He was very honest about the whole purchase. We were able to close the deal quickly, and even brought my truck to me once the bed liner was put in.

2019 Jeep Compass

From the first email sent to Victor until the time I drove off in my new Jeep, he was awesome! Prompt responses, friendly conversation during the process, helped solved all issues and even got barbecue! No regrets and will definitely recommend him.

so easy to deal with, no hassle

Salsbury offered a good price on their vehicle with also a good trade in price. No hassle, no stress about buying my vehicle. Would definitely drive their again to purchase.

Great experience!

The customer service and car buying experience at Salsbury was nothing short of phenomenal. The sales team, led by Patrice Cavalier, and Joe Williams were professional, and amazing at what they do. They take great pride in their work. I highly recommend this dealership over any in the region. Harley in the finance team was great too. No unnecessary sales tactics or up-sells, desperately trying to get every penny out of you like other dealerships. GREAT JOB! I’ll be back. Thank you. You have my business for life.

Low stress

They made the whole buying experience hassle free. My salesman (Kenny Broussard) kept me informed during the whole process from the online credit app thru handing the keys off to me.
