Scheduled visit was performed as expected.

Had auto steps installed as part of the sales, scheduled ahead and Darren worked out the details with an alternate ride. Everything went perfect and the steps are terrific.

Very Pleased

I was very pleased with my purchase from Salsbury. My salesman was willing to work with me and spent time assessing my requests. One of the best experiences with purchasing a new vehicle. Nice clean bright atmosphere with welcoming and attentive staff. The finance manager was amazingly warm and friendly putting me at ease signing all the documents.

Sexist to women

My wife took in our Jeep Wrangler which has a verified issue with the transmission. The Jeep dealership in North Carolina where we were was able to get it to reproduce jumping out of first and reverse. They have two other jeeps that are experiencing the same issue. Jeep does not know how to fix this. The dealership in North Carolina was awesome but we were moving here to Baton Rouge so we couldn’t leave the Jeep with them to fix it because it is still unknown what is causing it. We are working with Jeep corporate to try and resolve the issue and get it fixed. The lady at jeep corporate said you have the best transmission tech in the area. You were supposed to contact us to set up an appointment but never did. She contacted the area manager and we were finally able to get an appointment. The day of the appointment my wife showed up and you could not find the appointment. The area manager called and then you were all helpful like. Got the Jeep in and my wife got a rental. Kept it one day. Called my wife and said you could not get it to jump out. Asked my wife to come drive it while the mechanic rode along. That is so insulting. Silly girl you don’t know how to shift is the take away from that communication. If you were the only Jeep dealer in 500 miles I would drive 501 miles to get my next jeep. I gave you one star because zero stars was not an option.

Excellent experience

Kenny Broussard was the best. He was very helpful throughout the entire transaction. He made sure that I didn’t have any questions about my new Ram 1500 purchase. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I would recommend and suggest that anyone remotely interested in purchasing a new vehicle should visit with Kenny Broussard at Salsbury. Basically, I am very happy with my new truck and the purchasing process.

oil change

went into dealership to get oil change, I was satisfied with service, timely and employee were nice, moral of employee appeared great, place was new but extremely clean.

Friendly communications. Fast service provided for new tires and oil change. Dawn was very friendly and kept me updated while my car was being serviced.
