Very Friendly and professional

Service was awesome and everyone was so nice and welcoming! Bill did everything he could to help Lance and I with the purchase and was so sweet to our daughter!

Pleasant Experience

Drake Babineaux very courteous and patient with us. Took quite awhile to get what was need from our bank on our pre-approved loan. Drake remained patient with us as he continued to help his other customers during the long wait. Would probably make the 4 hour drive again to purchase from Drake at Salsbury Dodge.

Great Service

Ok The service was quickly and efficiently delivered. The young lady who handled it was exceptionally concerned about showing me the terms of my prepaid service agreement.

Rudeness Abounds Here

Dawn in service is rude and will lie to your face. Told me that she had to have the key (it’s push start) because it had to be locked until it was in the shop, the fob was inside the car, gave her the keys, she never locked my car, it sat outside for a good bit, then when was brought back out, was left unlocked in the lot again. Will never use this place again. Charges $48 to change an air filter to boot!

Couldn't have been a better experience!

Ordered my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Duke on 11/7. Price was fantastic and it was the first new Jeep bought in the new dealership. He made it easy and pain free. He was very responsive to texts and kept me up to date on production. When the big day came for delivery, there were no surprises and my Jeep was beautiful and perfectly spotless. He went over every aspect of my new Jeep step by step. He knows his stuff and I appreciate his personable manner. The dealership treated me like a king every visit. I'll buy more from them. Bank on it!

Satisfied customer

I did a search for the vehicle I was wanting with a two hundred mile radius,and salsbury was the closest to me with vehicle I wanted. I sent an email and got a quick response. My wife and I ended up driving there the next day and came home with the keep we wanted. Never had to hassle or feel like we were being lied to, just straightforward conversations that led to both parties being satisfied. Highly recommend Kenny Broussard as a salesman.

Very pleased with Salsbury.

Extremely professional salesman & dealership. I exhausted my search locally for the truck I wanted, but couldn't find a dealership willing to work with me. I drove from Pensacola Florida to Baton Rouge for a fantastic deal on the truck I wanted. Worth the drive! I was greeted at the door & my salesman had all paperwork ready for me. When I drove my new Ram back to Florida, It was a smooth ride in a bad rain storm. I've never been more pleased with a dealership & the way I was treated!

Had to get a recall fixed. They were fast and friendly. Straight forward did not try and sell me other services. The check was fast and simple as well.
