Quick and easy

I was pleasantly surprised that my van was seen almost immediately. The service person was very nice and my van was ready in about an hour. I will certainly be back.

Service on my Cherokee

I was contacted by the service manager when my part was in. Scheduled my service with no problem. Arrived and dropped off my vehicle. Received a text letting me know who to contact if I had questions. Then received another text when my service was done. Efficient and friendly service.

Good service, long wait

Went in to get punctured tire repaired and have a safety recall inspection completed. My service adviser, Roger stayed on top of updates with my vehicle. I still waited a few minutes shy of 7 hours for what I was told was expected to be no more than 3 hours. The customer lounge was a big upgrade from the old dealership, but not a place I wanted to spend 7 hours of my day off in.

Easiest car purchase ever!

Jarrad and Lee made this experience the easiest I’ve ever had! I was in and out in a couple hours! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Service.

Enjoyed the ease of communication through text messaging. No surprises and everything went smoothly. Also enjoyed the new facilities. Will definitely continue to use Salsbury for my Jeep needs.

Poor communication

I was told to bring my car in at 730am. When I had not heard anything by 3 pm I called and was told that they hadn't gotten to my car yet. When I got a call back I was told that they had diagnosed the problem and had the parts on hand but would not get to it until the next day. As I had to be someplace the next morning I had to make some quick arrangements to get a car.

Used car

Bought a used car, Terry was great to deal with. No pressure, excellent service and he even delivered a pair of floor mats to our house!

Oil change

No problems, got there early the wait wasn’t long. Jack was very nice and helpful. In the past I haven’t had great things to say about Salsberry but he made the visit very pleasant.
