Service Department

This new service department at Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram is second to none!. The best and most professional set I've ever seen. Bring your car or truck there you won't be disappointed.

dealership treated me great and would buy again from them

dealership had plenty of jeeps to choose from and were knowable of the product they were selling.theywere very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends

Work requested was not done

We scheduled service ahead of time, and as part of that, asked for a repair to an axle and an airbag to be changed. When we arrived, we mentioned that the flat tire light was on, and that we also needed an oil change. The person didn't say this couldn't happened. They stated "Ok we will take care of it". The only thing addressed was the air bag. Now we need to make another appointment to address the other issues.

Easy and Helpful

The service department helped me out with a modified Jeep. I've been turned away from other dealerships in the past because it's not stock. They got me going again.

Great environment and great service

The people at the dealership were so helpful and genuinely nice. I felt like what I was concerned about and what I knew about the vehicle I was getting was just as important to them as it was to me. They took care of me and made it a stressful free decision and I am so happy to say I bought a car from them!

Ok service!

I brought my car in for first time service since I bought it. Still not got need fix that needed to be done since I bought it. Still have a crack mirror, and I still have a leak in the roof which is now creating mold and mildew.

Awesome

Great service when buying a new car. Gus was a fantastic salesman to deal with. He ver very friendly and attentive at all times. Gus helped me find exactly what i wanted.

Fast and friendly

hassle free and friendly

In and out fairly quickly. Best prices out of several cities nearby Metairie where I live. Definitely worth the extra drive time. Very satisfied with the people and the service. Highly recommend the whole operation.
