Great experience

Salesperson was very good and was able to answer my questions. The credit manager was also very helpful. Salesperson went beyond normal expectations. Drove on the lot and 2 hours later drove out with a new, used truck.

Purchase of a new Ram Rebel 1500

As much as I hate the car buying experience, Salsbury and Darren Goza were a great group to work with. No pressure, a fair price, split the difference on the rest and I have a new Ram truck I'm very happy with.

Reason why I would Consider driving Chevy

My experience with Dodge service was horrible per usual. I had to call several times to get an update on my service which was extended due to a part that had to be ordered. The silver lining is that my issue was finally resolved. Hopefully I won’t have to return soon. Will get my oil changes elsewhere.

ALWAYS GREAT!!!!

Joe is always great, very helpful and understanding, Can't say enough about him. Anytime I have a problem he gets it handled quickly and professionally and it's always fixed right. Thanks for everything as usual guys keep up the good work. The new facility is amazing, everyone should go check it out!!!

Great! Fast Service for an oil change!!

My Daughter came in to get an oil change between classes and was in and out very quickly! Great Service and loved the new location

Over all great

Nice new dealership, although the vehicles and lineup were mixed matched. Would be nice to be able to walk around the lot and see all the cars with cars .. jeeps with jeeps, SUV’s with the SUV’s.. etc.

Invested interest in my needs

I didn't feel that I was being "upsold". I told him what I needed, could afford, and my lifestyle, and he accommodated those specifications accordingly. I was also able to negotiate price and with a down payment got the note within budget. I felt like Karl had my best interest in mind and was not just trying to make a sale. We walked in looking at two options we had already narrowed down with his help, and drove away with my like-new car!!

Great Job

Fast, easy, friendly. All work completed and my truck was returned to me quickly. They handled not only the oil change but took care of 3 recall issues.

Worked 3 recalls on truck

Took my truck in cold to get 3 recalls done. The technician was able to get the job done with-in 30 minutes to an hour. I bought the truck out of state but the dealer here worked on the vehicle the same as if I had purchased from him.

Nothing short of amazing!

I'm so happy that we chose Salsbury. We came looking for Darren based on a prior conversation with him when we weren't even in the market for a vehicle. I walked on the lot and before I could ask for him he came out. It was fate. He made the process painless. He listened to everything we asked for and delivered beyond our expectations. And Lee our finance guy was equally as amazing. He made sure the deal was perfect for us. Even gave us one of his wife's recipes! We are beyond happy with our experience and we will definitely be back!
