if you find a good deal expect to get crossed

I called about a vehicle that I wanted to buy. They said they would get back to me and never did. What do you know the vehicle sold a few hours later. I would recommend staying away from this dealership as they lack professionalism in taking care of a first come first serve customer. Guy that works there probably either sold it to his buddy or he bought it as it was a decent deal. I personally would never do business with them ever again after this.

What Are They Hiding???

found a nice Audi A6, test drove it and was ready to buy it. I asked if my mechanic (Audi dealer) could look at it, at my expense. Aaron told me NO as it was against corporate policy. NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE HIDING, BUT I WOULD STAY AWAY!!!

Erin Krager wonderful,caring person who gives 100%

I would like to say that Erin Krager is an angel,all I have been hearing is no I can’t help you and Erin promised me I would leave with a car and she kept her promise. I couldn’t be happier. She is a companionate,caring person and I just love her.

Do not read intital review. Read this entire review for the full picture. Do not recommend here at all! Erin and Joey were very helpful the whole experience was very fast and they made sure to give us the best customer service experience. Thank you for our new car! karinax0319 responded publicly on 3/14/22 10:43 AM OK my original review is going to be changed due to the simple fact that I feel they rushed their sale before adequately checking my brand new vehicle for safety . a 2019 with less than 200000 miles should not have the amount of issues That we are currently having which includes safety recalls and the check engine and AWD light to come on. Our heated mirror doesnt work on one side and fell off and the dealership is giving us nothing but issues about fixing the problem. They also tell you you get a rental vehicle which is the same size as the vehicle you purchase yet they try to give us whatever they can off the lot. The mechanics are also very rude claiming they know it all. We have brought the car in once to be fixed on day 5 of our agreement. The car came back and less than 24 hours later the same lights came back on. ZERO OUT OF TEN!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! NO WONDER THEY ARE SO QUICK TO GET THEIR REVIEWS DONE BEFORE YOU EVEN ENTER THEIR VEHICLES AND LEAVE THE LOT ! EDIT RESPONSE karinax0319 responded publicly on 3/14/22 1:14 PM Added. Their suggestion was to pay more money for an older car with less room and more mileage or continue to drive around with the two lights on and other issues until we can fix it and we're not sure when the parts will be in so continue to drive the vehicle while possible further damaging it and risking your children's safety. GRADE A CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. What a joke

Good experience

Good place to buy a car.Brian Song was amazing explaining everything to me. Unfortunately he was not there to close the deal because he had been transferred to Cortland.Sheldon at the service department was very professional and made sure that a few cosmetic defects on the car were properly taken care of.

Financing Scam Do not Buy From Them

Refused to accept a cashiers check from outside financing. Finance percentage did not match payment amounts. Its a scam designed to force you to finance through them with higher payments snd add ons. They use lowet prices to lure you in so they can rip you off kn the financing and warrantees. Refused toballow me to finsnce with my own instittion and pay them for the vehiclr

Issues Start to Finish

Went to Used Car King specifically because I was unable to find the specific kind of car I was looking for anywhere else. They had 3 Alfa Romeo Giulias on the lot, so I went out to check one out. They were able to let me test drive the car on their lot exclusively, which was odd, but OK. Due to the COVID Pandemic, the experience was odd, but I was understanding given the circumstances. Car was in fantastic condition, except for one scratch on the passenger side, that I asked about, and was told would be taken care of. Erin, my sales person, was wonderful start to finish. The first issue I ran into, was the flexibility. After the purchase was done, all that was left to do was take delivery of the car. I live/work an hour away, and the dealership closes at 5pm due to the COVID restricted hours. I asked if they might have someone available to stay a little late, as it would be hard for me to get out that early. I was told that "their sales people do not make commission, so no one would be willing to stay after 5pm". That was a bit of a surprise, but again, I went with it. The paperwork was easy, and the car looked good and detailed in the garage. My first stop after pick up was the gas station across the street, as the car was on empty, with the gas light on. Upon arrival home, I noticed that the scratch that was promised to be taken care of was not touched. I went over this with my sales person, and the sales manager, both who assured me it would be touched up. The next day, I reached out to the dealership, disappointed that it was not touched. I was told that the service people missed it, and I can drive it back (the hour) to have them touch it up, but it would not be matching paint. I was told either that, or I would have to order paint from Alfa Romeo directly, which would come out of my pocket, even though I was told they would take care of it. Now, we are less than 3 weeks later, and I just had to watch the car be flat bedded away to the Alfa dealership, due to other electronics issues, likely battery related (I was told). Frustrated by everything that happened with this situation, I tried to call Used Car King on Thursday of last week to talk to them about all of these issues, mainly to let management know about all of these issues so they don't happen to the next person, and did not receive a call or email back. Working in the service industry, I know how hard COVID has impacted businesses, and the way they run their day-to-day operations. But having issues from the sales manager, to the service department, and now no response to my calls, I needed to say something. I hope the next people to buy from them do not have these issues. They seem to have a solid business there, but no one should have to deal with these things when buying a $25k used car. Not within 3 weeks.

Great experience buying a used car during pandemic

I found a used 2019 model vehicle I'd been looking for here. Dealing with buying a car from another state while the country was locked down was a bit of a challenge but they were helpful throughout. Indeed they ruined a lot of used car dealer jokes for me by being honest, helpful, and responsive both during and after the purchase. They arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me for a very reasonable price (much less than it would have cost me to get there to pick up the vehicle and drive back) and were very responsive both during and after the sale to help me deal with titling paperwork. It was, somewhat to my surprise, a completely positive experience.
