Will up charge you every chance they can. Watch out for hidden fees that they don’t tell you about up front!! Pressure you into trading car in and adding onto the loan you already have. Gives you the lowest trade in value they can. And when you tell them you want to just fix it instead of taking out an entirely new loan they make you feel stupid because they just want more money from you. We have gotten two cars from here and will not be getting anymore!!

Once found a car that I was interested in, the customer service was great. Was provided detailed explanation about add on options and payment options. Felt the process was a little lengthy however, appreciated the explanation of each step and it shows desire to have the customer well-informed.

Drive to purchase a 2017 Ford Focus for my daughter, after we did the financing and everything they said they had to do some maintenance on it. After a couple days of them working on it I got curious as to what was wrong. I was told they have to replace a part on the suspension after another day and it wasn't done I got even more curious. As I started asking more questions I found out that the subframe was bent! Did purchase one from a junkyard that did not fit right so they're waiting for another one from a junkyard ,because a new one would take too long, after the second one from the junkyard arrived they got it to fit. Reluctantly I took the car for a test drive again , as soon as we pulled out of the driveway the car pulled right immediately. Why I didn't run when I found out they were trying to hide the fact that they're putting a junkyard subframe in it oh, the fact that the subframe even needed to be replaced they didn't bother to tell me. Well I think the story speaks for itself,

Will keep going back to Cicero Sun to get our cars!! Everyone there is so helpful and great!!! Went in not expecting to drive a new to me car home but did and I couldn’t be happier!!! They were outstanding to work with from beginning to end!!

Just rating the buying experience- I had a very good experience with Nick Rand. He gathered all my answers to my questions and went above any saleman that I ever had in my opinion. Overall staff experience was great as well. Hope the great experience continues after the sale.
