I had a very pleasant experience . Joe was great .I appreciated not being in a dealership all day . It was fast and easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The experience started off well, but once I brought the car it was disgusting inside, my passenger window didn't work, and therebwere some other issues. Thank goodness my husband caught all these issues before we left the lot, Mr. Rick was very apologetic and provided me with a loaner SUV, since the Subaru I purchased had to be serviced. The experience turned out slightly rocky and frustrating, but ended on a good note.

Our salesman,Rick Vinal was excellent. The time it took customer service to prepare paper work was lengthy. It was very timely. The price we got for our trade in was very unreasonable. I would never recommend anybody trading in a vehicle at your dealership. The prep detailing and condition of the car was excellent.

Complete liars they don't care about customers they don't care about anything by your car from anyone except used car king. They will rip you off and they will screw you anyway possible
