Robert Gallagher was very arrogant and made my car buying experience very stressful. He routinely lied to my face and made us wait for a long time to do the paperwork when I was picking up my car. Then he had the nerve to try to rush us through the paperwork because it was almost 8pm and he wanted to go home (we arrived to pick up the car at 6pm). The car had a screw in the tire which took a while to be plugged and we had to tell them that there was a problem with the tire because they didn't even know it. Robert didn't tell us important information about the car and couldn't focus for more than 5 minutes at a time. I do not recommend this salesman to anyone! Its a really good thing that I LOVE my car because otherwise I would have walked out with nothing.

My son has a 3 inch repair paper work for this car. It has had 3 engines, any many problems with the car. He has dropped thousand of dollars into this car. I would think you would give him a break and a new car. To me that is good business. Love Sun Chevy dealership but come on guys help this person out

2/4/20 Tim was great and made the buying process easy. Went to The Used Car King because Marty has a ton of people I know and I previously had a great experience with him. 2/10/20 6 days later we're working out some issues: the monthly payment Tim and I agreed on was not accurate on the paper and the promise to fix it hasn't been followed through. Robin the finance manager was very frustrating and rude on the phone and needs customer service training. response from Used Car King had been very limited and now we have several lights on the vehicle which we need looked at along with no floor mats which we were told would be resolved as well. I'll provide updates.

Would definitely suggest Sun to others. I dare say it was almost fun. And what a facility. With great customer amenities. I would come again and will suggest this place to others.

Anthony L was great from start to finish. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and we appreciated it while shopping and then purchasing a used vehicle. Less painful when you have a salesman who knows what he’s doing and is polite.

My experience was great when I went to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle. The communication between myself and my sales advisor Nick was excellent. He explained the process, moved everything along swiftly, and treated me fairly. He went above and beyond when there were conflicts in scheduling the delivery-getting us on our way in our new (used) vehicle less than 24 hours after the initial purchase. The facility is great, with refreshments and tv to watch. I have done business with this company in the past, and I will do business in the future with them. Overall a great experience!
