I found just what I was looking for at Sun Cortland. A gentleman by the name of Jared Dann was on hand to help guide me through not only finding what I was looking for but answered all my questions and there to help during the buying process up to and including the delivery. It will be my pleasure in recommending Sun and Jared to anybody that comes my way looking to purchase a vehicle. This was a very sad experience, and what I honestly hope was an isolated anomaly. Tried to make an appointment and saw an option under TRANSPORT for RENTAL. Figuring my car would take a few days, and I didn't want to rush them, I though a rental would be perfect. So I chose it, but wasn't entirely sure if I was letting them know I would be renting a car from some other company, or if they offered rentals, so I figured I should ask. Called to ask and was put to a voicemail at 10 am by a woman's voice who was very unfriendly, and gave me the feeling she didn't want to help me. I found this very odd for a sale call... it's kind of the primary rule in sales not to put a person ready to buy to voicemail. No worries though, as I chalked it up to a 1800 number glitch, probably an answering service as I had talked to service locally before and they were awesome. I tried the online chat. Jeff: for transport, I selected Rental.... does that mean a rental will be ready for me, or is that option for people arranging a rental from some other source? I would highly recommend Sun Auto of Cortland,NY. Their salesman Kirk Baker made the used car buying experience run very smoothly. They even worked to find the car I wanted (2013 hond civic ex) in my price range. Aswell as get me great financing for the vehicle. Anyone just looking to buy a used or new vehicle would be missing out to pass them up. I will definitely be going back to Sun Auto for my future vehicle purchase.

I dread buying vehicles having said this this is my second vehicle to buy from Paul in 2 years. I now have a summer & a winter vehicle. Paul is flexible knowledgeable personable & patient I hope he never retires. We will be back next year ish to buy a truck from Paul as well. Thank you Paul!

My husband and myself have gotten 6 vehicles from the Sun Auto Warehouse in Cortland. Marty Johnson has helped us with 4 of these vehicles and he cannot be surpassed for caring service to the customer. He shares your joy when you find a vehicle that you love. He ensures that the purchase process runs smoothly. Marty even helped my husband find a BMW Z3 for my 65th birthday - yea! I also use Sun for all my service. The service department staff are all very knowledgeable and very friendly. They do not make up things that need to be fixed and always show you what is wrong and asks if your want to have the job done. We will continue to use Sun for our purchases, and if Marty Johnson ever retires he will have to come out of retirement for my next vehicle. Thank you Todd for such great service.
