Everyone worked hard for my business. This was my second car with Academy. Both purchases were positive. "Q" needs to make sure his phone can be contacted by customers.

Nice and friendly employees.

Nice and friendly employees. Clean environment. Especially the new 2 week old employee named Jordan who drove me home. Very very nice.

I enjoy this dealership because you have a smaller feeling and they don't pressure you to buy. Their service department is awesome as well as their sales and finance department. I will definitely do my next leases from Academy in Tipton.

They did a very professional job.

They did a very professional job. They had to find parts for my 2017 chysler 300 got them in fast as they could only took about 1 week.

3rd time in for oil change and tire rotate.

3rd time in for oil change and tire rotate. Set up for vac and wash. Waited over two hours and car brought to me withiut wash and vac after being told 30 min prior they were almost done. 2nd time of three that requested services were not completed without having to call out. Questionable leadership in your service dept.
