Buying a vehicle remotely from Blasius Federal Road recently went very smoothly mainly because of the professionalism of David Pratson. He was responsive to my questions from the first day that I contacted the dealership. He sent me a 360-degrees video of the exterior of the vehicle and I did further research online from Carfax, Car Gurus etc. After we negotiated on the price, I noticed that the 7-ins Command tablet in the rear seat was missing. Because the dealership wasn't wiling to replace this item, I paused the negotiation. After I found out that I could purchase the missing tablet online, I went back to David and he instantly picked up our discussions from that point. Within 96 hours, I sent a deposit and the vehicle was delivered to me in 72 hours by Mohamed from 4 hours away. David made the whole purchase process painless and enjoyable. He was courteous, professional and honest throughout the process. I will not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future, especially because of David Pratson.

Bought a 2021 Durango from Blasius last month after telling myself I just wanted to take test drive and take a look at it, Bernie was very laid back, made the test drive, decided I want it. He made the buying process seem pretty smooth and easy to get through and was also very upfront, honest with everything! If anyone comes here try to ask for Bernie, highly recommend Blasius.

Couldn’t get a consistent answer from them on whether the
Couldn’t get a consistent answer from them on whether the car I was interested in was available. It is, then it isn’t, then oops, we goofed and it is, then I show up and it wasn’t. Very annoying. I won’t (try to) use them again.

Sales Representative, Eric Boehm was very personable, professional and informative with our test drive and ensuring we had all the information necessary for the financing. Drew Durant, theFinance Manager went above and beyond to trade-in my existing vehicle. Vinny and Tony from financing assisted us with the application and made the process for pick up go smoothly. When we picked up the vehicle and Eric was busy with another customer, Sales Representative Chris McDonough was a very personable team player and most graciously stepped in to help so we didn’t have to wait. Overall, we had a wonderful sales experience with top notch staff and teamwork that provided service with a smile. We really appreciate all your outstanding assistance!!!

Dishonest -accident cars not clean !
Went in to see/test drive a car they had advertised as no accidents . Upon looking at car back of it was smashed, bumper cracked, chipped cross bar underneath was damaged , trunk was clearly pushed in .. among other things. No transparency until we mentioned it and brought it up. Car was not priced for the damage it was carrying. We did ask for a price as is -they called us back offering to take $500 off. The price of car is still be above what they should be selling it at !! no doubt they are going to fix bumper ( clearly auction car trying to flip quickly ) sell it to some unsuspecting person without advising them that the crossbar underneath has been damaged and try to pass it off as a no accident car. Completely dishonest.

So far they’ve been very responsive & attentive.
So far they’ve been very responsive & attentive. I’ve only inquired about a car at this point so gave them a 4, as I’m waiting to see how the rest of the process goes if I decide to buy that car.
