My salesman Bernie makes car buying easy.

My salesman Bernie makes car buying easy. He’s very knowledgeable and a credit to the dealership. Celine the finance person is very good and also a credit to the dealership. I will have no problem recommending Blasius !

The advertised price was misleading.

The advertised price was misleading. The actual price includes $1200 of ‘options’ which are not optional ( example. An anti theft tracker). I was told they install this on all of their vehicles. So the advertised price of $28k should really have been almost $30k. I wouldn’t have made the 40 mile drive to see the vehicle if I had known. Old school sales .

absolute scummy experience.

absolute scummy experience. Looked at a used 2023 Audi. Blasius misled me about the service history (the ad said it had "extensive service history". It has none. the price online is $21,989 and then when you show interested in the vehicle they jacked the price up to almost $24k to try to get you to use their overpriced loan sharking in-house loan program. xxxxxxx dealership.

My purchase was very smooth, Travis my salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Celine made purchasing my vehicle very easy and understandable. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. I definitely recommend Blasius dealer. I purchased the 2020 Toyota Camry xse awd and I love it.

Buying a car from Blasius Brookfield location was the absolute best experience. Bernie, Mohammed ( aka Mo ) and Celine went above and beyond to make this purchase experience go smooth and have things ready in a timely manner, also did extra things to the truck for us as a surprise. Had a very bad experience from another location and they made it right and then some. Walked out with an even better truck from the other location. I would recommend those three any day of the week next car is 100% from them!!

Buying a vehicle remotely from Blasius Federal Road

Buying a vehicle remotely from Blasius Federal Road recently went very smoothly mainly because of the professionalism of David Pratson. He was responsive to my questions from the first day that I contacted the dealership. He sent me a 360-degrees video of the exterior of the vehicle and I did further research online from Carfax, Car Gurus etc. After we negotiated on the price, I noticed that the 7-ins Command tablet in the rear seat was missing. Because the dealership wasn't wiling to replace this item, I paused the negotiation. After I found out that I could purchase the missing tablet online, I went back to David and he instantly picked up our discussions from that point. Within 96 hours, I sent a deposit and the vehicle was delivered to me in 72 hours by Mohamed from 4 hours away. David made the whole purchase process painless and enjoyable. He was courteous, professional and honest throughout the process. I will not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future, especially because of David Pratson.

Bought a 2021 Durango from Blasius last month after

Bought a 2021 Durango from Blasius last month after telling myself I just wanted to take test drive and take a look at it, Bernie was very laid back, made the test drive, decided I want it. He made the buying process seem pretty smooth and easy to get through and was also very upfront, honest with everything! If anyone comes here try to ask for Bernie, highly recommend Blasius.

Sold me a car with major issues, lied about the issues till my warranty was up and shut me down before and once warranty was up .. pathetic !

Couldn’t get a consistent answer from them on whether the car I was interested in was available. It is, then it isn’t, then oops, we goofed and it is, then I show up and it wasn’t. Very annoying. I won’t (try to) use them again.
