I'm not sure what that nasty review is about. I haven't heard from you since I spent time with you and your wife in my parking lot. I have no calls from you not to return or emails from you not to respond to. Everyone here has driven your Murano at length when I filled it up with gas because it was left empty and it was at Nissan and checked. There is nothing wrong with it. Obviously you are unhappy with the car, that is why I offered you to trade it out which you declined. Your exact words to one of our sales reps at another location were: "Keeping my options opened. Just not feeling the murano... not a bad vehicle overall" How does a vehicle that you describe as not bad have a bad transmission? I thought I was very respectful to you and your wife and tried to solve your dilemma. You have never left me any messages and have never sent me any emails.

I figured that review would get a reaction. I called atleast three times and I always get the run around with the receptionist that you are either busy or are in some sort of meeting. Anyways, the car has a erratic shifting and is rough when downshifting, which seems odd if the transmission was replaced. Nothing was stated that the transmission was replaced with a re-build until I started digging. Also, the transmission smell is back inside the vehicle. With that being said, the recent detail prior to me picking the vehicle back up was basically a temporary mask, which went away a few days later. "Keeping my options opened. Just not feeling the murano... not a bad vehicle overall" When it comes to the quote. Yes, I did say that to a salesman at Waterbury Blasius when asked why I was interested in trading it in so soon. I found it shady that you wouldn't let me trade the murano back to you guys without getting another car. However, the Waterbury Blasius had no problem with me just trading the murano in without purchasing another vehicle. You also wanted me to re-pay for the fees etc... if I wanted to go with another vehicle. I was told by Max that all the Blasius dealerships are all tied in with one another, which I figured. However, why is it that Waterbury has no problem taking just the trade in. Whereas you said just trading it in at Blasius federal rd. was not going to happen?

The only good part of my experience was the sales guy

The only good part of my experience was the sales guy Chris. He went above and beyond. I bought a 2020 vehicle and when I got it home from the dealership a bunch of lights on the dash came on. No big deal, I realize things happen. Bring it back the next morning, less than 12 hours after I left with it and the manager, who id never spoken to before, gave me a bunch of attitude instead of apologizing to me. Like he was the one missing work and had to drive an hour out of his way that morning. You’d think he’d be a little apologetic, but he seemed the type anyways. Fortunately after Blasius couldn’t solve the issue they sent me over to Acura dealership in New York. 90 minutes From my house. It wasn’t until a few days later that Chris threw me a couple bucks for gas. You’d think the dealership would’ve handled that but I’m pretty sure he did it with his own money. The first time it rained both wipers fell apart. Just doesn’t seem like they put any effort into these vehicles. Just buy them from the auction. Spend 0 dollars and flip them to people like me. I am really hoping I don’t regret buying this car from this dealer.

Just bought our second car at Blasius, we love our 2018

Just bought our second car at Blasius, we love our 2018 Infiniti QX80, both times we had a great experience with our sales person Max and he made it very easy and enjoyable. The dealership is so nice and they were so responsive to our needs, will definitely be back!
