I would recommend this dealership for the quality cars they provide. But I would not recommend them if you are an out of state purchaser. Lulu was very nice and attentive. But I felt like I needed to stay on top of everyone (Lulu, Tony) in order to get the paperwork (title, etc.) moved along. It has been over a week since I paid for the car and I still have not received the paperwork I need to register my car in MA.

Love the promptness of the service which was excellent. I highly recommend them and would most likely buy another car from them in the future.

No repairs were made that were discussed and agreed upon with salesperson Alexis. Car gave me issues the same day I drove it home and I couldn’t get a response from anyone at the dealership afterwards. Alexis told me she had to talk to her manager and never got back with me. Plus emission’s we’re expired, brakes making grinding/rubbing noises, same as when we test drove it, broken taillight, tire sensor light flashing on dashboard and chirping noise coming from the engine/belts when first started.
