Worst car buying experience of my life. The salesman was idle, could not be bothered to find the answers to any questions, in fact he knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell me, (Apple Play? Not sure). Kept multi-tasking with other customers, increasing stress and wasting a lot of time. Then he got rude when I asked him to explain the financing to me and hung up on the phone. I reached out to senior management who could not be bothered to respond. I will never buy another car from this dealership.

Looked up a vehicle that I was interested in and boom! Now it's mine!😁. Thanx to Celine F (Sales Floor Manager) for all the help and guidance. She was very professional, funny, kind and knowledgeable! If you need a car, truck, van whatever you need go there. Great staff and chill place.

i was interested in a particular vehicle , was pre approved, test drobe the car , filled out my credit app , was approved & made an offer on a vehicle. My offer was rejected. The manager never showed his face throughout the process. I wrote the salesman and advised him my offer stands at $xx,xxx subsequently a couple days later i see the car listed for less than my offer. i immediately contacted the dealership and was advised the car was sold. Any salesman makiing a living selling cars would have had the car & my offer earmarked for contact should anything change. I wrote two seperate letters to the Manager Carmen Dragone. no response. If i were to see a car im interested in at this dealership,,, I'd pass. couple my experience with the multitude of reviews mentioning service issues and un returned calls ,,,, its a hatd pass for me onthis place

I had a great experience buying my 2018 Silverado here. They seem to really have things together. Lulu, my salesperson was great. I ended up having serious issues with the vehicle and they took care of all of it with no cost to me. I will definitely look to buy here again in the future since they proved I can have complete confidence buying from them.

The experience I had here was the easiest and most stress less time I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. And lourdes made the whole experience painless. Will defiantly recommend to anyone in the future to purchase from here.
