Representatives were very attentive, courteous, and friendly. Was told I can a recall from the manufacturer's and took care of it while I had my oil & filter change. I wasn't even aware of the recall until I got home and in the mail was a recall notice. It mention to call for an appointment to have the dealership to have it fixed. This was perfect timing as I did not have to call for another appointment because they service department was already aware of it and took care of it for me. This took me by surprise but I thought this was excellent because your service department already new and took care of recall problem it immediately.

Oil change
Tried to get an appointment for an oil change, and could not get anyone to answer the phones...sales or service! Decided to go with our regular mechanic instead! A week or two ago, we went in to look for a new vehicle. We walked up using canes, and none of the 4 or 5 sales people outside got up to give us a seat. When we did talk to them it was like pulling teeth to have them tell us what they had available! Service quality has gone DOWNHILL!!!

So so.... Husband was ignored initially when he came in. Never told him of any additional circumstances or tell him anything period. Just pointed to where car was and went about merry way

Fast,friendly service.
I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment time due to traffic. When I spoke to service adviser he told me I was right on time. They took my Sorento right in, checked everything and changed the oil & filter, and washed it in less than an hour. The service adviser came to me in the waiting area with my key and led me to the cashier who was ten steps away.

3rd lease with Kia of Clay and everytime has gotten easier and faster. very Happy with Moe Ingrahim in sales. We were in an accident and our Sorrento (btw the car saved our lives) was totaled. Called Kia sunday morning and by the afternoon they had us in a new Sorrento. They were so caring and concerned for our well being. Just very thoughtful staff. Stephen also in sales was fantastic. Cant thank you guys enough for helping us make such a nightmare of a situation into such a smooth transition. 10 stars if I could
