Great service, friendly staff
It was a pleasant visit and my sales person David Parks made it even better. He was very knowledgeable for the short time he has been there with Fucillo. He wasn't pushy and took the time when showing me the car and what all the functions were. He also made a point to remove the fears I had by pleasant conversation and not just all about the car.

Done Deal
Pleasent, no pressure and polite manner of the salesman who explained the features and options on the car in an informative, respectful manner. I was a little nervous about the test drive but the salesman drove it away from the lot and after speaking with him along the way, I was more than comfortable driving it back. He took an honest approach with me and followed up in a courteous way-- offering to answer any questions at anytime. I spoke with a sales manager prior to my second visit, explaining my concerns and gave me honest advice about leasing as compared buying the vehicle. When I arrived the salesman had come in on his day off and there was an offer waiting for me that worked perfectly into my financing goals.

Worst experience ever with servicing my vehicle!
I towed my 2012 Kia Sorento to Fucillo Kia of Clay on May 6 2019 to have it looked into because the push start system was not working. They could not fit me in on that day, but Gary - the service manager said if I towed it to them they would try to work it into an empty slot. Over 2 weeks went past and I never heard from them so I called. Christine explained that there was an issue with an after market car starter, the wiring was not done right, so I okay'd the work to remove and rewire. About another week or 2 went by and I had to call them again. This time It took longer for someone to come to the phone after the initial answering and explaining my situation. Once I did get someone that knew what was happening with my car I was told they thought it might be the smart key module and would have to order the part. I was not to pleased to have to order a 700.00 part that might fix my problem, but I really needed my car fixed so I okayed the order. Around this time frame I had mentioned to the service manager that it would be nice to have a courtesy vehicle and was completely ignored. After the date given for the part to arrive had past I, again, called them to see what was happening with my repair. I was told the part was on back order. At this point in time I was very frustrated not only with the repair delay, but the horrible customer service I had received. When I made my frustration known to the manager(s) I received neither an apology for their incompetence nor a courtesy vehicle to compensate for the long period of time without mine! It is now over 3 months that I have been without my vehicle and no response back from the dealer, no apology or compensation in any way for the loss of my vehicle, time and money I have had to use (over 1,000.00) to rent a car! At this point I am pursuing options that include possibly surrendering my vehicle back to the loan holder because it appears it either can't be fixed or can't be fixed by this horrible company!

AIR Conditioning not diagnosed, always failing.
i BOUGHT MY 2012 KIA OPTIMA IN 2015 MY AC HAS NOT WORKED PROPERLY BUT FOR 1 YEAR. i PAID A $110 DIAGNOSTIC FEE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK 1 WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEIR REFRIGERANT RECOVERY MACHINE WAS OUT FOR REPAIRS. MY PROBLEM WAS NOT DIAGNOSED AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT AWAY WITH JUST GETTING A REFRIGERANT CHARGE AND U.V. DYE PUT IN. iT IS SO INTERMITTENT ON WORKING THAT IT IS LIKE A CRAP SHOOT WITH DICE. LASTLY IF YOU BUY A CAR DO NOT! "SIGN THE TITLE OVER UNTIL YOU AGREE WITH WHAT IS IN YOUR CONTRACT. THEY SCREWED ME ON THAT ONE, AND I WAS NOT THINKING AND WHEN I SAW THE CAR WAS WAY OVER WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE COST. THE SALESMAN SAID: YOUR CAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD AT AUCTION. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DON'T SIGN IT OVER TILL THE CONTRACT IS FINE WITH YOU!

Great service
I was late due to traffic detours. It was no problem. I was parking in the wrong place. A very nice service employee explained where to bring my car. It was taken in and completed in a very short time. I also had a very pleasant conversation with one of the salesmen.
