Your Representatives - Everyone was friendly and very courteous. Someone always followed up to ensure you were already waited on and if not get you to the correct representative.

awesome service

you get greeted with a smile and a hello. Then your ask why your here.Then directed like it's your first visit or 103 visit to the waiting area where there is hot coffee and popcorn. Everyone is so friendly and says hello.

Excellent experience for new car sale.

My sales rep knew the soul inside and out. Very accommodating and knowledgable. Steve Dymus is an asset to Fuccillo Kia, he approached and helped me immediately.

Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Adam, who I believe runs the service department, does a fantastic job - as do the other workers in the department.

Great service and all work done was explained

Polite people clean facilities and place to sit while you wait that is warm and comfortable. Free coffee and vending machine.

Very pleased!

Moe Brown was a fantastic sales rep and made the experience amazing. Very easy to work with and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted! Moe the used car manager was fantastic as well!!! Both were VERY helpful, very knowledgeable and made sure they explained every step of the way, what was happening and what I needed to do. I will never buy a car from anywhere else! I had to go back in to pick up my snow tires from my old car and Nick, the General Manager was fantastic too! I felt comfortable, not pressured, almost like I was family there. If you want the BEST car buying experience, go see Moe & Moe!! They will find you exactly what you want and make it possible! I got a 2015 Chevy Traverse from them the other day and I'm LOVING it!!! Couldn't be happier!!

Steve was very knowledgeable about product.

The closing process was very lengthy. The salesman new the product well and was a good listener. Gave me a great crash course on all the features

Would recommend Fucillo Kia of Clay

Purchased a 2018 Optima at Fucillo of Clay in October 2017. Just had my first maintenance there. The service department is fantastic thus far and actually fit me in for service last minute. The dealership is very clean, and the staff friendly and professional. They are always checking in with me, even after the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
