great service, clean facility, friendly staff.

The friendly staff and service. Patient, understanding with customer needs, don't feel pushed or pressured into what i'm not comfortable with. Nice clean and comfortable facility. This is my 3rd lease from Fuccillo Kia of Clay. ;-)

The sales rep and manager made sure I was getting what I wanted and not settling and that it still stayed within my budget.

Service was good

Drop off the night before was accommodating- Female rep (Chris I think her name was) who handled my issue was friendly

Worst experience ever with a service department!

As of the time writing this review the dealer has been "servicing" my car for over a month! It started with an after market car starter that was not wired in correctly (installed before I owned) then has led to it "possibly" needing a smart key module replaced - no guarantee this will fix the issue. Now the part has been on "back order" for over a week from the 1st date given to me. The service department has shown nothing but incompetence and poor customer service from the initial contact with them. If it wasn't for me calling them to check up on my vehicle after not hearing from them in a week - 2 week time frame I am not sure when they would have provided feedback on my car! At this point I have even contacted their service manager with no recognition of fault or even a sincere apology for the horrible inconvenience of not having my vehicle for over a month! Even after pointing out to the service manage (Gary) that it wasn't just about the back log on the part, but the lack of customer service and courtesy calls he just blew me off. I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. NEVER using their services again!

Unhappy Customer

The salesmen and managers are arrogant. They act like their doing you a favor. They are nice until you say your not buying or leasing. I would never buy a car from Kia Fuccillo in Liverpool.

Yes, very clean

When things looked like they were not going to happen, Moe went that extra extra mile to make it happen...I know others were involved too.... It was a miracle that you all made happen....That shows me what kind of folks you are.

good service, courteous and professional employees

Professional, courteous. Got a call from receptionist that I had been over billed (on credit card) by $30. I checked my receipts and she was correct. She took care of crediting my acct. for the $30. I was extremely happy that she called - admitted the mistake and corrected it immediately. That is excellent customer service and review. Thank you! Also, I have a bit of a problem walking - one of the reps offered to get my car and bring it to the front door while I was paying the bill. That was extremely helpful and generous.
