Everything is perfect, like too good to be true. Great customer service from the time they contact you on the phone to how they sit you down and are all VERY, VERY polite. There’s a reason….. Get ready to pay an additional $3,000 fee for what they call a Market preparation or some nonsense like that. The car I was interested in was listed at $37k, by the time they we’re trying to be done with me, I was offered a payment of $800 for 72 months to end up paying over $57k for this car, and supposedly I had qualified for the best rate available. I would have to be mentally ill or maybe a first time buyer to fall for that. Best part is when I gave them what I considered was a reasonable offer, I heard them just bust out laughing all the way to where I was sitting. Consider it a PSA, they are charging an extra $3k to ALL their vehicles, at least that’s what they told Me

Gets the Job done
I bought a CRV Honda today, Angel was my sales person. He was excellent, courteous, friendly, and got the job done. I would recommend Napleton Off lease to purchase a vehicle. I am amazed how smoothly everything went. I give them 10 out of 10 points! Thanks Angel

I was not satisfied at all, it was very sketchy and they were asking for a lot of information that was unnecessary and it just gave that vide that you shouldn't trust it. And they wouldn't send me any pictures of the vehicle when I asked.

I contacted the dealer and got bombarded with automated emails from seemingly every salesperson they had telling me to 'call and come on in for a test drive'. Not one of these salespeople responded when I sent questions and asked for more information. The car I was interested in ended up being sold before I could even get any answers from a real person. I guess if they have customers standing in front of them, they can't be expected to waste time with somebody online or emailing them.

Carfax is a Joke!
Bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue for my daughter. When driving it home from the dealership a vehicle in front of us kicked up a chunk of concrete that went right through the passenger side bumper. Fast forward to our body shop tearing down the damage only to find out there had been major damage previously that had not been reported to carfax. The repairs from the previous damage were of absolutely horrible quality. So the Carfax report you receive from the dealership really does not mean a thing. We feel very deceived and hurt that the value of our vehicle is less than what we paid for it.

Great customer service and kind of pricey but was worth it.I went in a Saturday morning and was in there less than 4 hrs which I traded my vehicle in..If you have good credit it’s a breeze..I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
