Excellent

I love my new vehicle. For them being so busy they were all super kind and patient. Smooth process overall, the kids are really nice.

Disappointing experience

Had a very disappointing experience at Napleton Off Lease, classic bait and switch. Before test driving the vehicle, the salesman confirmed the selling price. Once we started finalizing numbers, the selling price was suddenly THOUSANDS above what was on the website and what the salesman had just confirmed minutes before. This was not including the numerous add ons they try to charge in addition to the selling price. I made the trip to this dealership based on the reviews but unfortunately left thoroughly disappointed. The salesman seemed nice enough but I would NOT recommend this dealership. P.S our test drive consisted of me dropping off the salesman at another Napleton building so he could pick up a vehicle for the GM, just a strange experience overall 😂

With the 3.5 hour drive

We found a car we were interested in buying and called to check availability and schedule test drive. We were driving 3.5 hours to see this specific car. Before my appointment I had 2 sales managers call to check on us, if we had any questions, if we knew how to get there, even gave me personal cell number to call if any issues. This of course made me feel very good about the trip to see this car and how much this dealership appreciated their customers. When we arrived we were greeted by Nicholas Greco our sales consultant who was very friendly and easy to talk to from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. It was a great car, exactly like pictures and drove fantastic. When we sat down to discuss numbers, the price was higher than we expected. We sat down with sales manager Mike Lemm to discuss figures. He was very nice, not pushy at all...explained the breakdown of the numbers and costs. We did some back and forth negotiating, he really worked hard to get to a price that we were comfortable with. I realize that car dealership is a business and there is money to be made. But they also realize the value of a customer and that shows. We had some back and forth moments, at one point I didn't know if we were going to be able to make the deal. But, with mutual respect we were able to come to an agreement that I believe was a fair deal. There was a little confusion on paperwork, but we quickly resolved and continued the deal as discussed. Overall I'm very pleased with our purchase and would travel to see them again in the future should my needs align with their inventory at that time.

Great Experience

I purchased a vehicle from Napleton Off Lease a month ago and even though I live in Pittsburgh, the experience was so smooth and streamlined I will continue to come back. From Abe, the General Manager who picked me up at the airport, Jordi my Sales Consultant made sure I had anything I needed and answered any questions I had about the car, all the way to Razak in the finance department who was able to work some magic for me. I can honestly say everything about my experience was enjoyable enough for me to do it all over again in a few years.

Not recommending them

Stoped by to make a test driver Tesla model X. The sales person was acting so arrogant, Making a hint that I cannot buy this car or I cannot afford it. And refused to give me the car for test drive. Why he made such a conclusion I have no idea . I am actually local guy living in nice neighborhood Buffalo grove Il and owner of nice Mercedes AMG . I do not recommend them.

Hi Sir, We?re sorry that you were unhappy with your experience at our Dealership. We try our best to do our job to the best of our ability by following company rules and procedures for test drives. Our sales staff have a guest sheet that needs to be filled out when customers first visit our deale r. When you first came to our store you did not want to put your mask on. We asked if you had an issue putting your mask on and you said maybe . You were not the nicest person to start off with. You came to look at a $83,000 dollar 2019 Tesla Model X with 6,000 miles. When it comes to expensive cars or any car on our lot our sales staff is instructed to sit down and get to know the client and ask general qualifying questions before they are able to take anyone on test drives. Our salesman was simply doing his job. You didn?t want to answer any of his questions and kept insisting on just driving the car. This car was sold and reserved for a customer who was on his way to buy it a few hours before you arrived . We would?ve been more than happy to let you test drive the car however you didn?t want to sit down or answer any questions we asked. Then you snatched your drivers license away from the sales person?s hand when he was just following rules and procedures. We didn?t mean to upset or offend you

I was originally a bit skeptical because I was one of their first customers when they first opened, but they actually exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, professional and accommodating. Justin Cardenas was an amazing salesman and everyone from the salesman to the finance manager were all fantastic!! I would strongly recommend Napleton Off Lease for anyone interested in quality used luxury automobiles.

Very professional

Walked in to check out the building and some cars, not ready to buy, but staff was superb and polite from reception to meeting the managers! When we are ready, we will be buying from them!
