It would have been perfect if the windows had been
It would have been perfect if the windows had been thoroughly cleaned as I requested. It's difficult to see while driving into the sun or have it reflected in my mirrors with filmy windows and mirrors. My windows were like this when I bought my car in 9/2022, and have continued to remain in the same condition after two services at Genesis. I guess this is the new standard and I'm just expecting too much.

Problem not fixed yet. You had no loaners. I paid out of pocket for Uber to get my car back. Genesis valet service did not occur.
