I did spend more time at the dealership than I expected, but the things I had to have done required time. The service people were very good and kept me in the loop. The service done was great. Routine service visit

clean facilities
The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with is that I wasn't told when I bought the car that my wiper blades was covered up to 7500 miles, if I was told when I came in the first time for service I would had the wiper blades in the front replaced before I had reached the 7500 miles because the blades were leaving lines in front of my eyes.

Great service new building
First I had a noise comming from my engine. Joe in service came out and heard the noise. So I made a appointment. Kurt the tech was able to duplicate the sound. He replaced a lot of major parts. I was concerned about this. I thought it was great that they let me talk to Kurt. And he explained everything he did. Joe from service and Kurt the tech. We're very informative and helpfull to me. But iam still a little leary of why this happened. And will it last. I LOVE MY TRUCK. Richard Spindler

Chevy Colorado battery replacement
The battery in my 2007 Colorado had a bad cell. Mark O'Malley put the truck through your service department quickly, and I was on my way earlier than I had expected. The only dissatisfaction for me was the exorbitant price of $175 plus!

Finest workmanship I have found
As usual there were no problems, just as in the past 15 years. I have never had pause to take my vehicle to any other source to have my serviced, the workmanship is always of the finest quality.

My tune-up experience
The people were all very friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. But I have one adverse comment which I hope you will take as constructive criticism: The new decor of the customer reception area is too cold, empty and institutional. I miss the warm, homey atmosphere of the old reception area.
