great service
My experience overall was good. Staff were very courteous and informative. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get the part I ordered painted. I was told they'd call me when it was done which should have been the next day, but after a few days I had to call them a few times to 'encourage' them to get it done.

Great service
I got an oil change and the front brakes replaced. I dropped my car off at 730am and it done 3 hours later. The cost was competitively priced and the work was professional. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

Nice dealer-Lannan Chev.
We had a repair done that I feel was over priced. My wife cracked the right brake lens. Service charged us $176.00 for the part. I saw the same part for $100.00 on a G.M. website. We have only had the car for 2 weeks- Impala. I like Chevy's new cars. Consumer Reports gives them a good write up. I like the dealer and the salesman was nice.-Sean. They had a decent number of used Impala's. For many years I've been a Taurus guy but the new Impala's are impressive. And if this one turns out to be reliable would consider buying another one.

Service Department was amazingly effective. Mark was helpful friendly and informative. The brand new serviec area with its Keyosks is very open, though lacks the friendly astmospher of the cubicles of the old setup.

We were in the market for a new car to replace our Toyota (another story). We were going to seriously look at another make of car, which we did and came back to Lannan. We went to this dealership and dealt with Zach Green, he made the car buying experience one of the most pleasurable experiences we have had in all the years of purchasing a car. His knowledge of the car and enthusiasm were more than we expected. Also at the dealership there was no pressure or hassles. Zach also put in the time to find us the car we wanted in short order. My wife and I were truly impressed and will be back for our next vehicle.

Nice smaller dealership
Janet was great! I have never liked car shopping but she really shared my enthusiasm over getting my new Camaro. I had found the car online and had traveled up from the Cape to get it, and she had everything all set for me by the time I got there. We took the car for a drive, did the paperwork, and I was on my way. She even took pictures and sent them to me. I wish I lived closer to be able to get service at this dealership...it seems very customer friendly.

Not only did Lannon Chevrolet of Woburn provide the highest quality of service, they provided the convenience of bringing my car next door for inspection !
