Everybody at Lannen in Woburn is curtious and friendly....

Everybody at Lannen in Woburn is curtious and friendly. They try to service your car as quickly as possable. They had to order a part for my door,the next morning they called and said to come in that morning. After I arrived it took only a half hour to install the part. I was so pleased with the service.

My experience is that service at Lannan Chevrolet has always been prompt and friendly. Joe is very easy to work with and has always been very attentive to my service needs. Work has always been done properly in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lannan Chevrolet whether you're buying a new car or looking to have your current one serviced by professionals.

I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Malibu from Lannan...

I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Malibu from Lannan in Woburn. Not only do I love the car I was happy with the price I got on it. Richie was great to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking at. He went through all of the electronics on this model with me and answered all of my questions so I felt like I had a complete understanding of the vehicle. I had gone to other Chevy dealers in the area browsing and the service of the sales people were not what I was expecting. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Lannan Woburn and I cant imagine going any place else next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

This was my first time at Lannan Chevrolet. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The ladies that helped me with paper work were friendly, courteous and professional. Mr. Fahey took the time to explain several things to me about my vehicle, which I appreciated greatly. I was having issues with my fob (user error) and he walked me to my car to make sure it was working properly. I had an 8:30 appointment and was out within an hour. I will continue to use Lannan for service on my vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership!

Our Cobalt had leaking transmission lines. We brought...

Our Cobalt had leaking transmission lines. We brought the car to Lannan for warranty service at 9 AM. The whole experience was very satisfying from the time that we filled out the service request with Bob Fahey until we picked up the car. Since we left the car, we waited at home doing other chores until Bob called back around 3 PM to say that all the work was done. There was no charge. We are very satisfied with the way the staff handled our service request and completed the work. All very professional. Thank you.

Again and again, Still the best for service, parts, and...

Again and again, Still the best for service, parts, and sales. I had my 2007 Buick Lacrosse serviced for a oil change and tire rotation. while I was waiting in the showroom everybody looked very happy, comfortable, and pleasant, from vendors to customer. And that how Lannan employee are professional and stress free, So bring your vehicle at Lannan no matter what make or model, they will do their take care of you !!!! Thank you again from a satisfied customer ....

Took my car in for factory recall. Problem was taken care of and as always a pleasurable experience . Friendly and hospitable atmosphere is a plus at Lannon in Woburn. Joe in service is top of the line in his field. It is always a pleasure working with him. Richard DeLuca

Went there for oil change ask how long it would be they...

Went there for oil change ask how long it would be they told me in and out in an hour. They then said had a recall on car that would be an extra half hour. Over two hours later I ask service manager how much longer it woul be he said a few minutes. A few minutes go by he comes out and says oil change is done if want to come back another time for recall. I waited and went to pay bill, I gave them a $10 off coupon and I ask women at desk if it was applied she said I think so. I looked when I got home it was not applied. I will not be going back for service.
