I really have to share my experience at Grubbs Acura

I really have to share my experience at Grubbs Acura yesterday. I had an exceptional experience working with Joe Tareen. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure the car-buying process was seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Joe T. was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. He truly listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle (we looked at 3 different ones before finally settling on a CPO MDX) that fits my wife's lifestyle and budget. What stood out most was his professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction. He was really transparent throughout the process, ensuring there were no surprises, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. If you're looking for a trustworthy and dedicated sales representative, I highly recommend Joe Tareen. Thank you for making this experience so positive— My wife and I couldn't be happier with the new car!

Hah, wow should have read these reviews before my

Hah, wow should have read these reviews before my experience. Like many others, I reached out and set an appointment to see a specific car. When I arrived, there was NO ONE (not even a receptionist) and, surprise, the car wasn't even ready. Finally took a test drive with a salesman who didn't know much about the Acura (i.e. gave wrong information), then when it came to numbers they did a high-pressure sales tactic AND added $5k of "add-ons". Insane. Can't imagine anyone who'd buy a car here.

Do not waste your time and money buying a car at Grubbs

Do not waste your time and money buying a car at Grubbs Acura Grapevine. Untrustworthy and no transparency. I called to get clarification on my purchase and no one called back. I left several messages for the sales person, finance person and the general manager.

I had my 2004 Acura MDX serviced at GRUBBS Acura located

I had my 2004 Acura MDX serviced at GRUBBS Acura located in Grapevine TX, with one of the significant repairs being for the rear AC system, which was not blowing air. The cost for this repair was over $1,200. Unfortunately, the repair was ineffective, as the rear AC ceased functioning again on August 6, 2024. I promptly notified GRUBBS Acura of the issue via text and scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle back on August 19, 2024. Upon returning the vehicle, GRUBBS Acura informed me that additional diagnostic costs of over $400 were necessary. Furthermore, after keeping my vehicle for several days, they requested my approval and an additional payment of over $1,600 for further repairs to replace another part related to the rear AC issue. Despite my insistence that this should be covered under the warranty of the initial AC repair, since the problem reoccurred within 30 days, GRUBBS Acura refused to honor my warranty claim and asked me to pay additional fees to have the rear AC repaired. Their rationale was that the current issue stemmed from a different part not originally assessed or considered during the initial repair. This explanation is deeply troubling, as it suggests a significant oversight in the original repair and raises questions about the quality and reliability of the service provided. So, stay away from this place!

We had a pleasant experience at the dealership. Amari Romero was our salesperson and she was amazing. Full or energy and allowed us to test drive several vehicles. Also, our finance person was great! Thanks for all of the staff that made it a good experience.

Horrible.

Horrible. I called to ask if I can test drive and buy a specific car. Sure. Booked an appointment, drove 40 minutes. They immediately tell me they don't have it. Then take me to dealer next door that try to sell something else to me. Sales reps do not know anything at all. They can't work with their computers, they don't know anything about their cars. I was told literally 0 information about a car I wanted, and zero information about their sales and after sales processes. When I came back home I got a call from "a manager" that told me "So sorry, but we HAVE that specific car you wanted to buy". I didn't believe it, and after couple minutes he told me "yeah, actually we sold it, how about something else?" All they needed to do is have a car they advertise and they would have a sale in an hour, but they wasted my time, lied, insulted by fake ignorance. Another thing - rep told that the car "had 1 owner", I mentioned it was a rental, he answered "oh yes it is". We were talking about Tesla Model 3s, every single one they have are rentals. And they have 60+. Can I believe he didn't know it was a rental? Or maybe it technically is 1 owner? Whatever it is, on my way home I was very disappointed.

DO NOT!! I Repeat, DO NOT buy a vehicle from Grubbs Acura!! Worst experience ever. First car was sold to me infested with rats which was found a few days after I purchased my mdx by the people who supposedly did their “certification “ inspection. Btw, INFESTED was their description to me…After spending another $3000 for a non infested car, they refuse to fix all of the issues with this car. Worst experience ever. They take advantage of single women and do not care what sort of danger they put their customers in. I’ve purchased two cars and driven two loaners in a span of 3 weeks. They refused to give me my money back on the rat infested car even though they admitted it to me. These people are scam artists!! The rat infested mdx is a white 2020 vin#5j8yd3h52ll004323.

Brittany Serrano was Amazing! She listened to us and delivered! The 1st Vehicle she showed us was EXACTLY what we desired! She was very sweet & personable. She is the type of person you would invite to Family gatherings. Our overall experience at Grubbs Grapevine was the BEST EVER!!
