Although my service took over three hours, and nobody

Although my service took over three hours, and nobody gave me an update as to why it was taking so long, at the end, it was a very positive experience in terms of my technician, Shijil. He explained everything to me and was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Please however, update your customers if there’s going to be an extremely lengthy service time, longest than was initially told to the customer.

We bought our car from Bert.

We bought our car from Bert. And Michele teamed up with Bert seamlessly to keep us in contact. Bert has a way of instilling confidence right away, from the first contact. He clearly has long term experience, and this shows in how he conducted our transaction. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership seemed to know and respect him a great deal, which gave us further confidence. The car business is not an easy one, and no one person can change that. But this dealership seeks to break that mold. So while not everything went smoothly, he navigated perfectly. And in the end, we are very happy new owners of a Lexus.

I love this dealership.

I love this dealership. I bought my car there cause of ratings. Customer friendly! I recommend this place. Everyone is professional ! I give them a ten! They are honest not like some dealers. They care about their cars and reputation . Lexus and Toyotas I have driven all my life!
