I was very pleased with the service I received today.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. I had to wait but it was comfortable in the waiting area. My low mileage car was inspected & checked & I was advised as to what might need to be replaced in the near future but no unnecessary charges were made at this time.

I bought a lexus from the Stoler Dealership on November

I bought a lexus from the Stoler Dealership on November 24, 2024. The saleslady told me at the time of the purchase that my fob remote starter would work free of charge for 5 years and thereafter would cost $8 a month. The fob remote starter did NOT work. When I went back to Stoler a few days later to ask for help with getting my fob remote starter to work, I was told that the fob remote starter won't work unless I pay $25 a month to subscribe to the app. I am disgusted at the lie and the nickel and diming of Stoler. Additionally, no one at Stoler showed me the features of the car, even though I explained that I am not tech savy and need to be shown how to use the features. This created an extremely dangerous condition when I went to a car wash and the automatic wipers came on and I had no idea how to turn them off! Do yourself a favor and stay away from Stoler Lexus!!

Although my service took over three hours, and nobody

Although my service took over three hours, and nobody gave me an update as to why it was taking so long, at the end, it was a very positive experience in terms of my technician, Shijil. He explained everything to me and was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Please however, update your customers if there’s going to be an extremely lengthy service time, longest than was initially told to the customer.
