Here we go again with the craziness. This the 2nd bad encounter that I've had with this dealership. Bad business why does this continue.

Brought our car in for an oil change. The service people rambled through our car looking for something to steal. Bad experience.. my advice since management believes his staff over the customer. Turn your cameras on inside your car or take everything of value out of your car even your charger.

I took my vehicle in for a lil change and fire rotation. They said it might take 90 minutes. They did a great job and got me out in less than one hour.

The customer service associate, Lenard was amazing! He made sure I was I was provided a curtesy vehicle when I expressed concern about transportation to and from work. He even made sure the air in my tires were filled without being asked. They were fast and friendly with excellent customer service!!
