My service advisor Tony Hooper customer service was a 10+++. Very professional, knowledgeable, and stayed in constant contact with me during the whole process of the vehicle being in the shop. Shop so far did an outstanding job as well. No issues with the transmission.

On February 2nd, I brought my truck to Calavan Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for a full diagnostic. I was told the transmission needed rebuilding and paid $1,771.15 for a teardown, with labor quoted at $3,542.31 plus parts. My truck sat for two weeks, and I had to push for rental assistance. Within 48 hours of picking it up, my truck began smoking. I was then told there was a hole in the radiator and quoted $1,898 for a radiator replacement, thermostat, and coolant flush. When I spoke with the manager, I was told they were “willing to cover half” of the radiator repair since I had just paid for the transmission work. That response suggests there may have been an issue during service, yet full responsibility was not taken. Customers deserve transparency, thorough inspections, and accountability. I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, request pre- and post-inspection documentation, and carefully review all findings before approving major repairs. Very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

Internet pricing looks great until they add the $6000 in dealers' fees, then they are above average in price. The salesman I dealt with was totally deceptive and inadequate in doing his job. Total waste of 4 hours. By the way I was paying cash and this guy would not even write down the numbers I needed to have? Just a very confusing exchange throughout.
