I was in search of a birthday gift to myself for my upcoming 50th bday, and came across this dealership. I found a vehicle I absolutely loved and traveled a few hours to get there to check it out. And let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! I worked with Ethan Anderson and Luis Arteaga, who are absolutely AMAZING. ((Thank you guys so much!)) They ensured that I was approved and got the vehicle that I wanted. They kept me informed and exceed my expectations with my sale. The process was pretty easy and they really took great care of me. I met a few other staff there, Mike in finance was amazing to work with and explained everything to me step by step and thorough. I have already recommend this business to some of my closest friends as well as one of my sons. If you're looking for quality customer service with buying a vehicle, look them up! Thank you all for making it all possible to get my dream vehicle and allowing me to leave as a very happy customer! Check them out for a line of great luxury vehicles priced reasonably. D’Andre was beyond amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He was very kind and patient with all my questions. He sent me a video before I got there of the car I wanted so I got to prepare for what I was going to see. He was knowledge about the vehicle. Not only was I an hour early but the whole process took way longer than we thought and he was so nice the entire time and made me 1000% comfortable during the buying processes! 10/10 recommend using him for all your purchases you won’t be disappointed!!

My experience with Go Luxury Auto Group (GLA) was not amazing, and my ultimate reason for not buying from this dealer comes down to my feeling that GLA does not engage with their customers in good faith. I inquired about a used vehicle that, for the trim, age, and mileage, was advertised at a great price. That said, after discussing trade-in details and a going for a test drive, it soon became clear that the advertised price came with some conditions. First, they treat their vehicles with something amounting to tinting and paint work which adds $2,700 to the asking price. Apparently this is mentioned in the fine-print on the listing, but is certainly far from being clearly mentioned up-front. Secondly, the advertised price is conditional on you financing the car through the dealer (the consequence of not financing through GLA is an additional ~$1000 being added to the asking price). For those asking, neither of these additions/discounts are negotiable. All in all, despite the car still being reasonably priced (even with the above-mentioned cost "surprises"), I decided to not purchase; I did not want to reward this practice, and the overall experience left me with little faith that I would be treated well or with much respect as a customer post-purchase.
